Absolutely do NOT trust this dealership.

Absolutely do NOT trust this dealership. My husband was scammed into leasing a vehicle that had $10,000 in undisclosed accident damage, something we only discovered when another dealership uncovered it during a trade-in assessment. This dealership never disclosed the accident, never took accountability, and continued to act in bad faith throughout the entire resolution process. When we called to address this, the assistant manager actually told us that because the car was leased and not owned, they had no responsibility to disclose the accident. That statement alone shows exactly how little integrity they operate with. They only value customers when they are purchasing a new vehicle, not when they are leasing. Although my husband eventually managed to get out of the lease, their dishonesty has now left us scrambling to find a replacement vehicle in the middle of winter, an unnecessary and stressful situation entirely caused by their lack of transparency and ethics. This experience has completely destroyed our trust in this dealership. If you still choose to do business with them, double-check every detail and do not let them pressure or intimidate you. And be especially cautious around the assistant manager, our interactions with him were incredibly disappointing. Posting this review so no one else ends up in the same situation. Avoid this dealership at all costs

This accident happened on june27 2024 apparently they forgot to mention this during my purchase this is fraud and will follow up with omvic andmy lawyer 0ver $80000 for this car be very cautious this dealership are scammers,,,, car fax does not lie
