Our recent experience purchasing our BMW from Lori was absolutely incredible. She was able to accommodate us traveling down from Ottawa. The process was painless and her follow up and help with after delivery service has been 1st class. Highly recommend. Steve and Christina Loy

I have never had a worse experience with taking my car in

I have never had a worse experience with taking my car in for service. Do not trust them. Did not perform the " peace of mind inspection" didn't top up any fluids, scratched my rim with the impact gun, left leaking drain plug, lost or misplaced/stole my oil dipstick and tube then tried to charge me 400 to replace it! BEWARE

I have never had a worse experience with taking my car in for service. Do not trust them. Lori is simply the best!

Lori is simply the best! an ordinary woman with extraordinary human powers 🄰 got turned down by other dealerships, but she didn't gave up on me. she literally squeeze the thread to that tiny needle hole to get me going. got a bunch of questions and she was sooo patient to answer them. (oh, did i mention it was through text messages too🫣) Lori's brain and expertise plus Alina's charm (my salesperson) minus my poor credit equals new car for me😬 can't wait to the next level. thank you guys..

The minute you enter the door, there is no added pressure

The minute you enter the door, there is no added pressure to buy. We were treated extremely nice from the time we entered until the day we picked up the vehicle. They really are AMAZING! Adrian Benvenuto not only provides great customer service but he is also knowledgeable. Although we encountered some difficulties with the delivery date pick-up on our end,Ā Adrian and Vaughan Chrysler were understanding of our concerns. I will definitely beĀ recommendingĀ this dealership to everyone. If you have any queries or problems, they are always happy to help. Great location and excellent client service.

Only at Vaughan Chrysler you still get charged " Labour"

Only at Vaughan Chrysler you still get charged " Labour" when your new dodge truck is still under warranty and when you confront them with that they will tell you " who's going to pay for labour then ?" This stealership is a scam , their so called " service advisors " will try every trick in the book to scam you and suck as much money out of as possible . Steer clear of those thieves and save your hard earned money . Their management is well aware of those tactics yet they are just as guilty and in on this as their "service dept." . Chronic crooks chronic thieves take that to the bank . I hope you go bankrupt very soon

Good Afternoon Gentlemen, I visited Vaughan Chrysler

Good Afternoon Gentlemen, I visited Vaughan Chrysler on Friday 25th October 2024 to be paid on a 2020 Honda Civic that was sold at the end of July to our dealership. I haveĀ not been paid on this unit, and have been misguidedĀ and misled on this long due payment from your staff member. I got extremely frustrated and showed up to personally address it with the management myself.Ā  Frank, I appreciated your warm welcome and commitment that I must be paid immediately.Ā  Jake asked me to come on Monday to pick the chq. As per his directions, we reached there to pick up. We were told to come the next day, that's today. Again the payment was not made and we wereĀ asked to come back the next day or thursday.Ā  It is extremely disturbingĀ that we have already been made to wait for 3 months and now your managementĀ is mockingĀ us for coming every day.Ā  PleaseĀ give me the exact date when I shall send someoneĀ to pick up the payment.Ā  Sincerely, Faisal Ranjha.

I just want to pass a thank you to Heather K. In the service department she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Even replied to my email after hours to answer my questions about when parts would be available & how long to install and finish the job.. Definitely will come back to this Service department because of her. Absolutely a 5 Star employee. Peter O’Malley.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, SCAMMERS!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE, SCAMMERS!!! They have staff that do NOT explain the whole process when buying a car. They tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign. I signed a 2 year lease, when returning the car I was told for the FIRST time it was a lease to own. I said this is the first I have heard of it and there response was - too bad you signed the contract. They even told me that This has happened 4 times recently to 4 other people. I asked if this is the type of business they want to run, scamming people into signing without fully explaining the process. This was my first new car, I was so excited. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!

Always a pleasure working with this location. Peter was mine and my family’s go to dealer who’s helped us with a few other cars in the past. But this time, he passed the torch onto Lori and I couldn’t be happier. Lori is patient and communicative. She took in my needs and wants in a vehicle and helped me weigh my options. She assured me every step of the way and also further explained certain aspects in the long run beyond just owning a vehicle.
