Poor service was the reason we gave up driving an Audi. The consistently excellent service we have received since purchasing our 2023 Rav4 has been amazing! Recently, Marissa at Toyota on the Park was professional, efficient and provided absolutely the best service!

Inquired about a new car.
Inquired about a new car. Got in touch with a Sales Rep. Sales rep tells me that they have the car but I must pay $2000 for Rustproofing plus taxes. He said it was nothing he could do. The quote included this and Wear Pass Plus. I did not want either but they were only willing to remove the Wear Pass plus. There was a line item showing $4065.50 labelled as D&D, Fees, he said the car was a cancellation order. It was a 2025 Hybrid Toyota Rav 4 XSE. He said the $4065 fee was for dealer fees and Freight. Freight on this car from Toyota's site is less than $2000. That means they wanted to charge me nearly $2000 for dealer and ancillary fees. If you are buying with them, read the quote carefully. I feel Toyota, cannot control their inventory or purposely is making their demand high so on each car, they can make more and the dealers are not helping buyers. I felt they were trying to take advantage of me by making me pay $2000 in dealer fees and $2000 for rust proofing for no reason. And just to clarify the $4065 fee was not including the rust proofing or the Wear pass plus fee of $1299. The car does not come with Rust proofing from the Assembly line so why try to make this an obligation on me. Its to pull the wool over the eyes of a less knowledgeable buyer. Stay clear of this dealership. Breakdown of math Car 47156 Rustproofing 2000 Wear pass plus 1299 D&D Fees 4065 Subtotal 54519 HST 7087 Total price 61607

Jude no longer works there. Someone responded pretending like I didn’t reach out specifically to Jure. When I called him on it, more acting.... then suddenly, I was connected with his supervisor who was kind and honest enough to let me know that Jure no longer works at that location. Not sure if he works for Toyota at all. I am definitely done with this location. Bad service in Scarborough and now sadly, not so great at On the Park.

I initially visited this Toyota repair shop because the
I initially visited this Toyota repair shop because the air conditioning gas in my car was depleted. During the inspection, they informed me that a wire under the car had been chewed by rodents and needed to be replaced. I ended up paying around $900 for the repair, which was entirely labor cost as there was no charge for the parts. After picking up my car, the engine warning light turned red. I brought my car back to the shop, and they claimed that the camshaft connect 3 wire had been chewed by wildlife and needed replacement. Despite there being no prior issues, they insisted on this repair, which cost me another $850 in labor fees, again with no parts cost. They then told me that the insulator under the hood needed replacing due to damage. With repeated claims of new issues, I refused further repairs and took my car home. Upon inspecting the car, I found damage under the hood that looked like it had been made with a screwdriver. Suspicious of their practices, I took my car to another repair shop. The new mechanics suggested that the damage appeared intentional, caused by someone using a screwdriver. Each visit to this Toyota repair shop resulted in a new issue costing nearly $900 in labor fees, without any parts costs. I believe this shop deliberately damaged my vehicle to charge exorbitant labor fees. Therefore, I do not recommend visiting this Toyota repair shop. Be very cautious, as they may intentionally damage your vehicle and charge you for repairs.

My recent experience at Toyota on the park was no short
My recent experience at Toyota on the park was no short of amazing! My car was in an accident and went under repair at an auto shop. After repairs, I was told I had an unrelated issue worth $4000 after my car was brought for a diagnostic at Toyota which wouldn't be covered under insurance. Fortunately, I took my car to Toyota on the park and met Alishah Shah. She was considerate and gave me an immediate informal assessment. Upon inspection of my vehicle, she provided her advise and booked an appointment. The diagnostic result were no different from the initial assessment which was disappointing. 2 day later, I recieved a message from Alishah Shah letting me know she had dug further into the matter and that my repairs would be covered under warranty. I was super ecstatic and no longer under $4000. Needless to say, I was super grateful for Alishah Shah's customer experience to keep the customer happy and her due diligence to look in to the situation. Thank for all your support!

March 2024 update - I was so impressed by how they helped me yesterday and how amazing they have always been since I have been a client that I came to make a review on Google and saw that I made one 6 years ago. Let me say again --This is the service centre to use. Alisha who I mention below is now the Service Manager and that is NO SURPRISE.....Amanda is now my service agent and I can tell she has had the best training from the best people........Alisha - no matter how busy she is still has time to make me feel like a valued client. I trust her and her associates. They do not gouge me in pricing. They are always trying to find a way to discount things to make anything that needs to be done on ALL my Toyota vehicles affordable. Their standard of excellence is so high - I have never left unsatisfied!! Original Google Review: 2018 - When I bought my first Toyota from a dealership friend in Georgetown 2014 I had to find a place to service my vehicle closer to home. I tried the dealership at Toyota on the Park and I have never looked back. I have never been happier with their service and must say that my personal service consultant Alishah is the reason I now own ALL Toyotas for both my personal life and for my business needs. Toyota stands apart from other vehicles on many levels but if you dont have good service it can completely change everything. She was the deciding factor to change over all my vehicles to Toyotas.
