Southbank Dodge Chrysler Jeep and dealership owned CARSTAR Southbank are a nightmare to deal with. They are more interested in selling you another new car than completing warranty work correctly. Purchased a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler from them in 2019 and the paint started bubbling, chipping and peeling off almost immediately. Despite approval from Fiat Chrysler to replace all the metal parts with paint issues with factory painted components, four years later and we are still waiting for them to complete the repairs properly. Shoddy work, countless delays and aggressive sales tactics is all we have gotten from Southbank.
