Precision Hyundai

My husband and I had been test driving vehicles at different Calgary dealerships. We were looking for a smaller SUV or crossover. At Precision Hyundai, we were working with Kara King. From the moment we walked into the dealership, Kara created a positive, customer focused experience. We knew that we were interested in the Tucson but Kara thoroughly explained the differences between the different trim levels and options for the car. What I appreciated most about the experience was the no pressure sales environment. Kara gave us plenty of time and space to discuss our decision and I didn't feel like I was being rushed into a purchase. She was personable, attentive and very easy going. I felt that she wanted to find me a vehicle that was the right fit, rather than trying to sell me something that I didn't need. Once we decided to purchase the Tucson, we worked with Terrilyn and Lovelyn in the financial department. We had financed a vehicle before but this experience was so much simpler and easier. We were very happy with how efficient both of the finance representatives were with the entire transaction, explaining fees and payments that were associated with our purchase. The car was ready to go in less that 2 days! I was so happy to see that Kara was there to walk us through the entire vehicle upon delivery, instead of a different "delivery specialist" as is the case with other dealerships. She was friendly and helpful, answer all of our questions. I would highly recommend Precision Hyundai. The experience was by far the best I have had in any Calgary Dealership.

My wife and I were shopping for a new vehicle for my wife. We visited numerous dealership and found Precision Hyundai to be our favourite. Robert gave my wife all the time and attention she needed to evaluate the Hyundai Santa Fe XL. Ozzy, the sales manager, negotiated the price. They were polite, patient and respectful. We did end up buying the Santa Fe. The delivery was handled professionally. All options were installed, the car was spotless and Robert gave us a very thorough orientation. We were very pleased with our purchasing experience at Precision Hyundai.

Dusty was very thorough in his approach, and at no time, did he pressure or oversell the vehicle. What he did do; was educate myself on the various upgrades and differences between what I was driving, and the newer model. Besides being very professional and very courteous, he was also very honest and forthright. He certainly went the extra mile in many respects. The two of us spoke often on how important it is to maintain good relations. Dusty is a well mannered gentleman, who's been working with sales and cars now for nearly 22 years! My 2016 Elantra, has been nothing short of a great car.

I purchased my Hyundai XL and Robert was the salesman. To date I have been very impressed with both Robert and the dealership in general. Robert is an extremely pleasant salesperson who has been there at anytime for me both during and after the purchase. He is very responsive to both questions and concerns at anytime. For some reason, which I believe is probably a minor, my cruise control did not turn on. I have reached out to both Robert and another staff member in the service department. Robert passed the message on to the service manager who reached out to me expressing his concerns as it is a new car. Everyone I have dealt with so far at the dealership has been extremely helpful and pleasant...in a world that we don't often see great customer service this has been a breath of fresh air. Again I am sure the cruise control issue is a simple fix so I am not concerned. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase the Hyundai XL is a great cross over. I'm a repeat customer with Precision Hyundai. I recently purchased a Santa Fe Sport from the dealership. Robert was charming and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him. I worked with both Lovelyn and Terrilyn in finance and both were very professional and made financing a breeze.
