I gave the dealership 7 hours to service the car, having dropped it off the night before and it still wasn't ready by my request time of 2 pm. I had to pick it up at 2:45 unwashed because I needed it. What is the point of an appointment which I had or the request of when I need it if it can't be honored?

We agreed on accessories, the sales person incorrectly proposed the deal to their manager and would not honour the missed accessory. Shop elsewhere not trustworthy.

They were very nice and helpful. They helped me right away. It took a half hour. And I was done .they even washed my car.

Easy to make an appointment convenient for me. Greeted by polite service person who took time to keep me updated on progress. Advised me of problems with 2 tires and remedies. . Also quoted prices. Arranged to order new tires and advised when they could install them. Explained invoice. All in all a polite service experience.
