Consistently excellent in assisting me for scheduled and unscheduled vw maintenance or repair. Attention to detail including shuttle service from and to, completing the work on time or early and explaining issues to me with language I can understand. Twenty years at the same dealership and still happy with the vw and the customer service.

Went in to look at used, bought a new Tiguan! Nikki was so great to deal with, even though she was being pulled in a few directions. She made sure we never felt rushed. She is very knowledgeable about the VW’s and efficiently went over so many things for us. Madison was also efficient and had our financing handled without a glitch. Purchasing a car was fun, not stressful.
