Just bought a new f150 from Diane who also sold me my last new f150 and was so happy to go in and deal with a wonder person who puts her heart into her work and made sure that I received the best service and got me the right truck. I will return the next time I need a new vehicle and plan to bring my friends and family too. F150 Eco boost is such a great truck and used to be a chev girl but now love my Fords! Go see Diane if you want great non pushy service. She will go out of her way to find you what you want.

Like most people, we used to HATE buying vehicles because it was the same old hassle, drawn out experience. Not this time! Dale and Dee were awesome to deal with. Everything from the beginning to end was a pleasurable experience. No hassles, no drawn out negotiations, just great timely sales and service. Finance department was also a breeze, very well organized and friendly! This is definitely a place we will buy from again and have no hesitations recommending it to friends and family.

We went to the dealership to look at a Ford Edge after we had been to another dealer looking at a different vehicle all together. The salesman Ashton was outside and ready to help us in every way possible. He even watched our 2 year old son so we could look at vehicles and make some decisions!! Our son loved hanging out in the "Big Truck" in the show room eating popcorn while mom and dad shopped! So Thank You for this Ashton you went above and beyond! He introduced us to Brandon the New Car Manager and he also was excellent! Everyone made us feel welcome and we didn't feel pressure at all! They let us take a vehicle out with our son to be able to get a better feel for the vehicle and see how it drove. We decided to purchase the vehicle and it was delivered to us the next day! Ashton was on his day off and he came in to make sure everything went as planned. We couldn't have asked for better customer service and overall this dealership is the best one we have been to! The people are friendly except the secretary. The place is very clean, the give free popcorn, coffee and hot chocolate. The dealers are very patient

Ashton and Rick handled our wants and needs very effectively. When we first came in, we started dealing with Rick, but our second visit was on a Saturday so Ashton took over for us. Both gentlemen made sure that we were taken care of and neither Ashton nor Rick made us feel rushed or pushed to make a choice. I would definitely come back to Zender Ford when we decide to upgrade our vehicles.

It was a pleasure dealing with Ryan Shabada. I found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly respectful. As I had never dealt with a dealership before I found he exercised the utmost patience as we went through this process which I very much appreciated..
