2 issues here.
2 issues here. I had my rocker panel fixed (3 days after it was dented on a car less than a year old) so no chance it started rusting before bringing it to the shop. 6 months later it starts rusting and when I contact them about it (because they say they offer lifetime warranty on their work aslong as you own the car) I was ignored So I went in there in person and was told they took pics and I would be contacted. 2 months later and still no contact so basically just trying to dodge me. Quite shady. Second part:After waiting 6 weeks for them to even start my car(because they're waiting on a window) but could've done the entire job and put the glass in afterwards. I had my door repainted a new mirror put on, a driver's side window, and a crease pulled from my rear driver side door. When I picked up the car there was paint on the inside of my car (steering wheel, dashboard windshield and side window) the weather stripping for the window was all meased up so it woupd leak and whistle at higher speeds and the exterior trim was loose and wobbling around. Not to mention the car wasn't even washed! So I returned with the car a few days later when I had the time to do so and showed them what a crappy job they had done. They said they would fix it on the spot in 20 minutes. I agreed and said ok but I have to leave in 25 for work. They took 50 minutes and still didn't fix it properly, made me late for work and didn't seem to care that I was waiting to go and was only there because of their screw up! I'd love to post some pics here. And If possible I'd give this dealership a negative star review.

Kudos to Finch Hyundai for having someone like Bassel Elkadri in their employ. After a long and anxious wait our 2022 Tucson finally arrived!! Bassel our sales person, kept us informed and we were always updated. As well as his courteous mannerisim he was extremely well informed. It was easy to determine that he was genuinely concerned and that our satisfaction mattered. He was extremely informed and it was a pleasure to discuss our orientation with the vehicle. Any questions we had were thoroughly addressed and he made sure we understood. We were also introduced to the sales manager and we engaged in a stimulating conversation. Bassel, you made my Wife and I feel comfortable in your presence and want to thank you and Finch for the deal we received. Any future transactions that we or anyone we recommend will be with you. Vehicle went to Finch Collision at Finch Hyundai for a
Vehicle went to Finch Collision at Finch Hyundai for a comprehensive claim. My vehicle was gone for 17 days. I wasn't kept in the loop as to what was happening and had to email them myself to inquire about my vehicle. Brittany was my appraiser. I really don't care about anything either than the condition of my vehicle once it was returned to me. They didn't put the skid plate back on, forgot the lower valence, two lower shields, used an aftermarket fender liner that didn't fit properly, didn't fix the other fender liner at all, attached pieces of my vehicle using black zip ties and then threw some in the trunk for me to find afterwards. They denied using black zip ties even though I have before and after pictures and no, there are no black zip ties. I am a 25 year old single woman, why would I have a bunch of black zip ties in my house? They claimed that they were on there before the vehicle went in. I have had to get lawyers involved. I refuse to get these inadequate mechanics to fix their mistake. I don't trust them with a TWENTY foot pole.

I FINALLY received my 2022 Santa Cruz After a VERY long wait, KJ let me know it was available for pickup. He asked if there was anything he could do to make up for the extremely long wait. I had mentioned a few things that I'd like added to the vehicle, and without any hesitation he said "Done!" The work was completed within the next few days. I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Kona.
I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Kona. As it was not available at the time of sale Finch Hyundai gave me a vehicle to use until mine arrived. KJ went above and beyond helping me with the purchase and kept me up to date with the status of delivery. I picked up my brand new Kona yesterday. Once again KJ was outstanding in going through all necessary paperwork and going over the features of my Kona. I know that he will be there for me should I have any problems or concerns.
