2009 Genesis Tech package stereo audio not functioning

Our 2009 genesis stereo "audio" including music, blue tooth and navigation "turn by turn narrator" stopped working. Visual navigation, back up camera and heater/air conditioning controls would still work however there was no audio with any device. The problem turned out to be extremely difficult to isolate but with pure determination Jeff Vallas, his mechanics and the support of their Hyundai technical family, they diagnosed and resolved the issue. There are a lot of expensive items associated with the system including but not limited to the display, stereo head, wiring harness and amplifier. Although I am sure that it may have been advantageous for the service department to bill me for the several items, I am grateful that this was not the end result. In reality when completed all of my working devices were returned to their in dash home and only the malfunctioning items were replaced, which thankfully saved me a great amount of money. During the process Jeff arranged and provided us with a rental vehicle and his professionalism and friendliness were second to none. Thank you kindly to Jeff and the Hyundai team.

FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!!

We recently purchased a new Elantra from Finch Hyundai. Baldo Romeo was our Sales Consultant and he was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all our questions, and helped us make informed, confident decisions that were best for us. He was very knowledgeable, we didn't feel pressured, and he got us a great deal! He introduced us to other staff members, and took us to the Service area. Very nice Dealership and well set-up. Baldo showed us all the features of the Elantra before we drove off! We love our new car and would highly recommend Baldo and this Dealership to friends & family. They have a wonderful, friendly staff who treat you like royalty!!

Love my Car!!

I am very happy with my car and my experience at Finch Hyundai!! Jameel Fayad was excellent!! He was very professional and made sure that I understood very aspect of trading in my car and buying a new car. He was oragnized and explained all options on a new car and allowed me time to decide the best option for myself. He handled the paperwork in a timely manner and was great to talk too. Jamell exceeded my expecations of professionalism within the dealership and with other collegues/customers. I am very happy with how everything went!! I would recommend Jamell to anyone looking for a new car!!! :)

Hassle Free Experience

First time purchasing a brand new car! I had the pleasure of being greeted by Jameel, who over the course of a couple of weeks while I had decisions to make, provided terrific, no pressure/hassle free customer service. Even though this was a new experience for me and at times overwhelming with the numbers and the paperwork, I did not feel intimidated. I had always heard the stories of pushy salesmen at dealerships looking to make a sale at all costs, but that was not the case here. I am happy and satisfied with my new Santa Fe Sport, and am happy the whole sales process went as smoothly as it did, thanks in big part to Jameel at Finch Hyundai.

Larry, the deal saver.

Larry McMullan is and excellent sales person with a human touch. Larry saved my purchase deal as I was already leaving the dealership due to miscommunication. By maintaining the friendly conversation Larry was able to bridge the communication gap and made me go back and complete the transaction. Thank you Larry.

Quality salesperson

Simplicity means Larry .Larry has made the entire process of buying the car this simple that i don't have any question left in my mind.Very honest and knowledgeable.I would highly recommend larry and finch dealership if you are planning to shop for a car.

Best experience yet

I am absolutely blown away at my experience with Finch Hyundai, I never felt pressured or rushed like I have with other dealers, I felt all answers I was given were honest and open answers, they went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted as fast as they could get it to me. They allowed me to go on a second test drive to make sure I had chose the right car for me, which impressed me, they took the time to explain everything to me, I was unfamiliar with the car buying process as this was my first brand new car. I have been to quite a few dealerships and this was the best experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

Jeff Gregory, Trusted Salesman

After visiting MANY dealerships, we found Jeff's sales approach refreshing. He listened to our wants and needs, and was there for us without being pushy. We just purchased our second car with him. He has never left us feeling abandoned after the purchases. We feel like he's on our side.
