The finance manager lied to us and forced us to take $4000 additional packages that we confirmed hours later was in fact not true. When we tried to have it corrected no one would help us. Would never recommend this dealership.

They surreptitiously duped my wife out of $2500 on an
They surreptitiously duped my wife out of $2500 on an agreed upon trade-in price, and hitch installation on our new Telluride. It seems like they acknowledge the error but will not make any further attempts to correct it. We love the Telluride but we will not be returning to this KIA dealership

This service department is criminal and incredibly dishonest. They will lie, cheat and cover up any warranty engine issues and then charge $193 to inspect every time you bring back for a warranty concern

Buy ELSEWHERE! Waited over 3 months for service on my car considered trading with Mike (Sales master criminal) after all the hassles. No paperwork, just an offer and a deposit. I also insisted the salesman initialled my $500 deposit as refundable. First I discover the car has had serious front end damage, second it also has a serious open recall that they never addressed in the over 4 months they had the car on lot. My "repaired" car imploded on the way home and left me on the roadside. I immediately called Mike and informed him that I was not going to be interested in the deal now that my trade was toast and I had I'd like my deposit ASAP so I can afford the exorbitant cost of towing. He told me he would send a car for me in the morning and the deal was happening like it or not as I had already seen the numbers. No application, no bill of sale, no congratulatory handshakes, just "screw you , you're buying a car from us". I of course went elsewhere and had a great sales experience. I again contacted Mike who then continuously ghosted me, wouldn't return calls, was always in meetings or robbing another customer. I contacted Adam (deputy thief) and got nothing but manager xx, "only Mike can handle this". Long and Short, I was told to basically F-off as I had bought elsewhere, and signature or not they are keeping $500 of my money for Mike's inconvenience and his hurted widdle feelings. Do not support these disgraces to the entire Kia brand. Making horrible reviews at $500 a pop.

Over the last four years, I've had my air conditioning
Over the last four years, I've had my air conditioning fixed four times, but unfortunately, I had to take it to another company for repairs. The service manager informed me that my warranty had expired in March, so I had to pay for the repair cost. Although they fixed the issue for four years, their warranty is no longer valid. I strongly advise you to take your vehicle to a trustworthy dealer to avoid facing similar issues. I did some research and found that this year Kia Sorento has many issues with leaking in the refrigeration system.

At this dealership, you will only get smiles and friendly employees. Service work is not guaranteed; they consistently have to do it more than once, and in my experience, four times. To add insult to injury, they also want me to pay for the fourth time repairing the same issue for my vehicle. I am not surprised that this dealership has a 3.2 rating. I have moved my service to a different dealership. Not wasting any more"I had a bad experience at Kia West dealership. Although the employees were friendly and welcoming, the service work was not guaranteed. In fact, they had to redo the same work on my vehicle four times, which was frustrating.
