Before, I'm really afraid to loan a vehicle from any dealership company. Because of what I experienced last couple of year. I loaned a car from them, and after 2mos I figured out that the price that they gave to me is really high. So again I tried to loan a vehicle again here in crosstown, and Lou offer a great deal that will works to me. So I grabbed it. And now I'm driving the vehicle now. And its really great. Thanks for him and to crosstown. ;)

Pretty friendly and helpfull staff, special mention to Chester, Tony and Carlo who helped me in purchasing my Grand Caravan and Dodge Journey. This was a most unexpected event. I received a courtesy call from Leah and submitted information to her on the basis of considering trading in my older vehicle for a new one. I had no expectation that anything would go forward. Next thing I knew, I was sitting with Farid and he was really doing the best he could for me, got me a far, far better interest rate than I could have imagined and got me into a new vehicle with a lower monthly payment. I was simultaneously shocked and pleased with such a level of incredible service. My other dealership would never have bothered offering such service. Pat took the time to help me organize everything for the transfer over to the new vehicle and was great to deal with. All in all, I will be raving about the service offered me at Crosstown and will consider this my "go to place" for any future vehicle purchases and service. I went into this dealership while I was test driving a used Ram Sport to compare pricing, Husny immediately greeted me. In a friendly and not pushy manner. I told him my situation not intending to buy a new truck at all. He worked with me knowing that I didn't want to buy a new truck and answered all my of questions. We walked around the yard many times looking at many different colours and options. He was very knowledgable and anything he didn't know he got an answer to immediately. I am a very hard sell and can be a huge pain in the xxx. As our conversation progressed I leaned more towards purchasing a new truck and I felt more comfortable with him because he wasn't only trying to push a sale he got to know me as a customer and put no pressure on me. Once I decided I wanted to purchase a new truck I kept wheeling and dealing him, I am the type of person who won't buy something unless I know I am getting a good deal and every negotiation we discussed he not once resisted or hesitated to help me. After I chose the truck I wanted it ended up being sold and him and his colleague found a truck almost similar but a different color. They brought a vehicle up to the front so we could get a feel of the color due to the truck not being present on the lot and immediately loved it. Overall I am very happy with Husny and the rest of the team that got the paper work done and I would recommend Husny to anyone who is in the market for a Dodge.

Bought a car from this dealership sight unseen. After the initial discussion I wanted to see more of the vehicle, Danny went above and beyond and made me my own personal tour on YouTube so I could get a walk around of the vehicle and see inside. Was great! And then was patient with the transaction as I was very busy with work and it took me time to wire the money. Good quick responses to my inquiries. Thanks very much for the patience and extra effort for this long distance purchase. Just got the car delivered to Calgary as promised and all my buddies are already jealous of my new ride.
