I towed my car there for repair.
I towed my car there for repair. They were not open because their online website hours did not match their actual hours. When I?d called, they said they were a week behind. I called for an update throughout the week, but my calls were not returned. I finally talked to someone on Thursday. Ended up, my battery cable was loose. They were going to charge me for a diagnostic test, until I reminded them that I bought my car there, and they?d previously told me there would be no charge for that. I was charged almost $100 for about 10 minutes, at most, of actual work to screw in the bolt to tighten it back up and regain battery connection.
