This is one dealership and saleswomen I will come back to in the years to come. I only buy used vehicles a couple years old with low mileage and have MANY times over they passed 15+ years. Cindy Brown never made me feel pressured but listened to me every minute of our several hour long interaction. She accepted my price point, showed me other options in my desired price point, was patience even when i wanted to give up but was able to negotiate a great deal on a vehicle over my initial budget that I fell in love with (to clarify: I went in to see this specific vehicle knowing it was outside my budget.. not sold on it). It was the vehicle I’ve been searching for and know I made the right choice dealing with this dealership and a quality saleswomen like Cindy! I never felt pressured to buy over my budget but was able to do so because she was on my side and I was confident she got me the best deal. Thank you, Cindy ! We are 3 generation clients of the Hardy dealership. My Dad purchased multiple vehicles including my first car with them. I have purchased (and sold) multiple vehicles to and from them including my daughter's first car and every experience has been premium. My son turns 15 next year and I expect we will be back to see you guys soon. A special thanks to Graham McCormick for always helping to find the EXACT vehicle that I am look for (and he'll tell you I'm picky and not easily impressed- lol) but he always makes sure that our family's best interest is front and center. Then, AFTER I had purchased, signed the papers on my new truck AND LEFT, Brett noticed something with my intrest rate and thought he might be able to help out.
