I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. Tell Sam I sent you, he will take great care of you!

If you want someone who is down to earth, funny, and knows how to handle business....I recommend Sam Rangel. He is awesome! He helped us trade our truck on a new car and he made the process a breeze. We have been car shopping for a few weeks and we went to 2 different dealerships before we found Hardy Superstore. Long story short, the other dealerships wasted our time and did not stick to their word. My husband inquired about a car at Hardy via phone and spoke with Sam and he was very polite and was understanding. As soon as we got to the dealership Sam let us check out the car and then we test drove it. From there the process went smooth. We had a deal working within minutes. We were there for a little over 2 hours but drove off with a new car. Mitch was also very informative and helpful on the financing part of the process! Great work Sam and Mitch! Highly recommended these guys. Everyone seemed so willing to help, so I recommend anyone. PS sorry for keeping you guys there after closing, but thank you thank you thank you for all the hard work!

We originally went to buy a truck for my husband and ended up leaving with two vehicles! the service we received from beginning to end nd was amazing. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We had a great experience with the dealership and Billy Burnett he is by far the best salesman we have ever worked with. We bought Equinox new and it’s great. Billy is very knowledgeable and knows his product.

Hardy is definitely a great place. When we first walked in at 5:45p (they close at 6p) they made us feel right at home. They worked with us and we found the right truck with the right deal. They went over and beyond hospitality. We will be going back to get my wife a car soon.

I will admit that I went into the dealership with fear. However, after this man approached me he put all my fears at ease and made the car buying experience wonderful! I personally would not mind going back to the dealership the next time I need to buy another car! I would definitely ask for this man or Steve as they were never harassing or pressuring! They both made my first time buying a car a wonderful experience!

The staff at Hardy is awesome, and my salesman Steve Garner is hands down the best. He stayed in touch with me the whole process.
