I found the truck I purchased online. The pictures were excellent. Sam was helpful, and when I decided to make the purchase, everything went smoothly overall I was hesitant to purchase without actually test driving, it payed off. Hardy is an aboveboard dealer, and I highly recommend.

I'm writing to say thank you to Hardy Superstore, Sam Rangel, and especially Bret Froman for the time spent with me choosing my replacement vehicle after a recent accident that totaled my old vehicle. I gave my wish list to Bret, and he was so patient as I looked at a number of cars and took a number of test drives. When I picked out my favorite, Bret professionally and amicably answered many (many) questions about the vehicle, its history, and final price. I'm really enjoying my new Trailblazer and have already recommended this dealer to others.

I bought a car from Sam and they guys at Hardy and our experience was very easy. Unfortunately, the car ended up having issues so I took it up to the dealership but was expecting a huge bill from them fixing it considering we didn’t purchase the warranty, but Sam and his team took care of the issues free of cost!! 10000/10 recommend!!

I emailed the dealership to check availability of a F150, they promptly responded via email and then a phone call from Sam. He is VERY easy to work with and listens to what your concerns are. No pressure ever, I mentioned my concerns and he addressed them promptly, he had my trade valued and we made a deal. Everything he agreed to address (scratches on paint and a bumper cover) were taken care of on a follow up visit. You cannot even tell where the scratches were. This is my 7th F150 and by far, my best buying experience. I highly recommend Sam and Hardy Ford! The whole team gave great service through every step.
