I inquired about a truck and was contacted and set up an appointment. I had the appointment set for 3:30 on Friday, June 20th. I drove an hour and a half just for them to tell me the truck already sold. I was never notified. And I was given excuses, but there is no excuse for that. I was extremely upset! Hopefully this doesn’t happen often. Communication is important, especially with your customers!! Do better!

This was a very pleasant experience. Steve helped me look for a car for my granddaughter for several months. Once we found one (it was at Hardy Gainesville), Steve efficiently handled the transfer and coordinated the purchase. Brett was efficient and had me in and out quickly. Overall, I say they both deserve the highest rating!

Steve has been helping my family out for years, and recently just helped me purchase my second car with him! Always appreciate his honesty and expertise.

Everyone at Hardy's has been great! I live in NC, and I saw my 2024 Genesis GV70 online, and had to have it. They practically bent over backwards accommodating me and everything about my transaction. They really went above and beyond to help me get my dream car. I HIGHLY recommend looking them up if ever you need a vehicle. Thanks Steve, Ryan, and Bryan for a great buying experience!

My salesperson, Steve, that I worked with was very easy to talk to. It did take a bit until I was able to sit with finance to finish the deal but Brett made it very easy.
