2015 Vw Tiguan purchase

We have been searching for a vehicle for our daughter to take to college. She drives a lot from Chicago to Wisconsin. I was pleasantly surprised how easy the process was. This is a used car dealer with fairly new vehicles. Selection was great. We test drove a few vehicles and paperwork was quick. I understand why they are called Quick Sales.

Online purchase w/ the dealer

I did not come on site to view a car. Rather I called and spoke w/ a sales person who gave me immediate, honest answers about the condition of a vehicle before I drove hours to see it. I went w/ a more local dealer in the end.

I liked this dealership.

Rafal was great, showed me the car I was shopping for and he had a Civic a year newer than I was pricing. Better deal than all the other dealers I drove cars at. Its a small place but they have good prices and a warranty too.

do not buy from this dealership

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Ive purchased hundreds of cars and this has turned out to be the worst yet.I recently flew up front Oklahoma to purchase what I was told was a very nice example of a Lamborghini Gallardo with records from himself and the previous owner. I fly in only to find the car is not as described condition and no records in hand. I was promised the service records for the car which he's not delivered yet.We come to an agreement and off i go, that is where my trouble began. Not even two hours into my trip I begin to have mechanical issues with car going into gear. I finally get the car home and diagnosed and it needs several thousand dollars in repairs. The "owner" of this company Ralph only avoids my calls and will not respond to a simple request of paying for parts. So anyone reading this beware at purchasing anything from this lot.

Mr. Marcus, Im very sorry this happened to you. As you understand, this was my daily driver. I used this Lamborghini every single day. The mechanical failure of your slave cylinder happened unfortunately for you, at the worst time possible. You are a car dealer from Oklahoma you know for a fact that wear items like a clutch are not covered by any warranty. You sell new Chevrolet in manual transmissions right? im sure you do. If your customer burns the clutch you also do not cover the repairs. Because each person knows how to drive manual better or worse. After you test drove my Gallardo, inspected it you said yourself "I think the vehicle may need a slave cylinder soon". I received your email April 28th and replied immediately. I do not avoid my customers and I take responsibility when needed. Ever since I have been trying to contact you and I am still waiting for a call back, an email, anything. Great buy!

Awesome! Just bought a Lexus IS F-sport. I love it! This is my second car from this dealership because they are always super honest and work with my budget. Ralph was super helpful in helping me decide what car is the best for my needs. I ended up trading in my BMW 3-series and upgraded to the Lexus. Love that they have a mechanic shop in their dealership, so I get all my oil changes done here. Thank you for all your help Quick Sales!

GREAT! really liked the experience!

This place great! They helped me a lot with my first car purchase. They took the time to explain things and answer any questions I had. I felt like they were really patient with me and didn't take advantage of me because I'm a woman, unlike other dealerships I went to. Overall, I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted since they made sure to stay within my budget. Ralph, the owner, was super nice and personally made sure the car was good and also gave me a bunch of tips of how to maintain the car. He told me that they have their own service shop so I plan to come and get my car serviced here.
