Rude manijor in service Department Need oil change on my 2024 Chevy that I bought from them and was told needed appointment Will never go back

Nothing good to say about this dealership. Will be writing the BBB next. Sold the young lady her first car. Didn't last 6 weeks and less than 1500 miles before engine blew up on her. While they did say "as is" they also said that service department had inspected vehicle before sale. Found note in car after engine blew that stated they bought it knowing it needed work. Customers beware

She explained everything to us. Our credit scores. Possible length of financing. And options. Again low pressure. Amazing people. Highly recommend

I am 64 years old and have purchased every car and done every repair at this location. I just purchased a 2020 Equinox. I also have a 2011 Chevy Impala with 202,134 miles on it that I kept. All of my past car purchases were new vehicles until this Equinox. The Service Department is very helpful and goes the extra mile. Friendly and courteous to the customers. You can buy a car lots of places but it is the Service Department that matters most. When purchasing vehicles I have always used the same salesman. He has been there for years and is as honest as they come. Very smart. His experience and opinions are priceless. There is a lot of paperwork to sign and the lady that handles that is very organized and efficient. Explains things well. I have met several of the mechanics and they are very friendly and informative in explaining repairs. They care about the customer to. I am very proud to have the dealership in my town.

I bought a 2016 Equinox in June, 2022. The car looked well taken care of by the previous owners. Salesperson couldn't say enough about the great gas mileage and the great condition that the vehicle was in.. Manager boasted about their 20 something inspection that they do. I believe when I drove off the lot that the exhaust was an issue from the get go. It sucks gas like crazy. When I accelerate the car Boggs down and their is little power. Now I have had a chance to have a local repair shop look at it. Cracked Manifold, Sensors shot, Catalytic Converter complexly melted. What a mess!!!!! I have 4 years of payments and a huge problem on my hands. I would not recommend Allegan Betten Baker to anyone at this point. I have emailed them several times and no one has called me back.
