What an amazing place to go, and the staff were just

What an amazing place to go, and the staff were just phoneminal really friendly extremely helpful, will definitely recommend too everyone to go here. I will be coming back myself.

I do not even want to give them one star.

I do not even want to give them one star. My guy bought a t=2013 GMC Sierra from them in Oct of 2022. At the time of the sale he asked them specifically if there are any major rust issues that we needed to be aware of. As this was the issue in us losing our last vehicle. They assured him it was solid and no issues, one prior owner. My guy works from home and parks in the garage mind you. We have not even put on 20 k miles since we got this. Fast forward to 1 year six months later and we took the truck to our mechanic for regular maintenance. It needed brakes and whatnot. He did a once over to and realized IMMEDIATELY that there was 18 inches of significant rust on the both sides of the frame that run long ways on the truck. Our mechanic stated to take it in to get looked at right away. Brought to Grapewood Garage for a diagnose. Manuel there stated that it never should have left their lot like this. This is clearly rust that was there prior to us buying it. Manuel stated that this is dangerous to drive and suggested we bring it back to the dealership. I have been working with Larry, who is very nice. However, nice does not fix things. He advised me today that the General manager is only willing to do a trade in! We owe 19 k on this truck wtih now a $2600.00 repair that we should not have to pay for. We asked that they pay for the repair or take the truck back and pay off the balance. They will do neither. Now we are stuck with a dangerous vehicle. I would not recommend anybody go here unless you plan on taking the car to a mechanic before you sign anything!!!! We are still waiting to hear back from our lawyer and I have reached out to GMC directly. I will post an update.
