Dealership was great to work with with the exception of not accepting a cashier's check for out of state buyers. They picked me up at the airport and had everything ready when I arrived. Would definitely do business with them again!

My family had the best car buying experience ever at Cedar Park Toyota! Coco Garcia was so helpful and kind, and shared so much knowledge about the cars, the purchase process, even financing options. He put in a lot of effort to be sure we ended up with the vehicle that was best for us. Michel Rey in finance was also very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and made the paperwork process so easy. Coco has continued to field questions about the vehicle even well after the purchase date. 10 out of 10, I totally recommend working with Coco and his colleagues at Cedar Park Toyota!

Absolutely loved working with Gareth, he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient every step along the way! He stayed late to show us cars, almost a full hour and a half after closing. I would recommend him highly if you’re shopping at the Toyota in Cedar Park, he is wonderfully kind and a go-to for any questions.

If I could put 0 stars I would.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Before buying my vehicle I checked the vehicle history and even got the Toyota Extra Care Gold service guarantee in case anything malfunctions or breaks on the car. It was explained that with this guarentee “everything would be covered except the tires” on this car. After less than a month after purchasing a vehicle from Toyota of Cedar Park the car started making a weird noise every time I would accelerate, so I decided to take it in for Toyota to take a look and see what’s going on. After 2 days I received a call that I would need to pay 3,500 dollars for a worn out clutch. Nowhere in the service agreement did it state worn out clutches would not be covered. After going to Toyota the directer pointed fingers blaming us and proceeding to say that we still need to pay 3,500 dollars for the fix and later saying they will only cover 1,000. They also told us it was a miscommunication on their end and since that is the case Toyota as a company should get together and fix the issue which they refused to do. Never buying a vehicle from Toyota again and will definitely stop taking my car and my family cars for any services needed.
