Coco is wonderful. I came in to replace a vehicle that was totaled during Texas flooding and he and the dealership went to bat for me. I had a lot of questions, and he was with me every step of the way. We need more Cocos in the world! If I could put 0 stars I would. Before buying my vehicle I checked the vehicle history and even got the Toyota Extra Care Gold service guarantee in case anything malfunctions or breaks on the car. It was explained that with this guarentee “everything would be covered except the tires” on this car. After less than a month after purchasing a vehicle from Toyota of Cedar Park the car started making a weird noise every time I would accelerate, so I decided to take it in for Toyota to take a look and see what’s going on. After 2 days I received a call that I would need to pay 3,500 dollars for a worn out clutch. Nowhere in the service agreement did it state worn out clutches would not be covered. After going to Toyota the directer pointed fingers blaming us and proceeding to say that we still need to pay 3,500 dollars for the fix and later saying they will only cover 1,000. They also told us it was a miscommunication on their end and since that is the case Toyota as a company should get together and fix the issue which they refused to do. Never buying a vehicle from Toyota again and will definitely stop taking my car and my family cars for any services needed.
