Keenen was amazing and walked me through the buying process in detail and with amazing knowledge of the specific vehicle I was purchasing. Everyone in the dealership is incredibly nice, answers any questions you may have, and really worked to make sure that I was happy with everything that I was getting and that I was perfectly comfortable with my financing options. The entire experience was fantastic from beginning to end. I highly recommend Keenen for his knowledge of the vehicles and the buying process.

Dipak, Daniel, Krystal, everyone we worked with to lease our new car was amazing, kind, and patient. We wanted to hit a monthly payment amount and weren’t sure what we needed to put down to hit that target, so when it was too high, we found a new amount that we could put down and ran the numbers again. Repeat x4. I could definitely imagine being in Dipak’s shoes, having to run back to the financial desk to run the new numbers each time and I would be hard pressed to not feel at least a little annoyed! If he was, he certainly didn’t show it and I can’t possibly state enough just how much that saved us from feeling bad and having undue anxiety during the process. It genuinely felt like everyone we talked to wanted to help, made us feel like there were no stupid questions, no dumb requests. Thank you all so much!

Brought my F150 in for service and as ways Daniel assistence was exceptional. He is involved in servicing all my families vehicle and that is the reason we continue too trade with this dealership. In addition always nice to get a Krystal walk through.

I put a deposit down on a GR corolla in April 22. I was 40th in line at the time. The dealership contacted me a few times along the way until one day they notified me that my position was #2 in line based on my flexible build preferences. Sometime in March 23, Adolfo contacted me and told me my corolla was allocated it would be weeks away. It all happened so fast at this point and I drove home in my new car a couple of weeks later. I received it at a fair msrp price. They proactively made sure not to drill in the front bumper. I wasn’t even thinking about that but you should still request it if that is your plan. I had a few questions after the fact about the sales contract I signed. Krystal and David were able to assist me and give me peace of mind. It was my first ever car purchase from a dealer and I wish I took my time to understand things before I signed. Fortunately, they turned out to be an honest dealership and did not take advantage of me. You should still do your due diligence and tread carefully no matter who you deal with. I got a few add ons and protection contracts during financing but I had second thoughts about it after leaving the lot. The cancellation/refund process for that was painless. I am thankful for that. I would definitely consider Toyota cedar park again if I was in the market for a new car. The 3 hour drive for me to find an honest dealership was worth it.
