What a great and positive experience!! No matter how tired Alda is, she is always welcoming with a big smile on her face. Her positive vibes draw you toward her and make the long lasting process an easy and enjoyable journey for you! I have bought many cars before but I never actually enjoyed spending half of my day at the dealership, but I am pleased that Alda was able to change it for me. My experience at Toyota Cedar Park was amazing. They went above and beyond to help me get the deal that I needed. I am so happy with the outcome after much deliberation, I decided to go with a RAV4 LE AWD 2022! Alejandro Rojas, is wonderful he was able to answer all of our questions and ultimately helped us get the best deal. I cant imagine the headache of buying a car, Toyota Cedar Park and Alejandro made it simple and an overall exquisite experience.

Everyone was super nice, patient, and professional.
Everyone was super nice, patient, and professional. Every effort was made to make me feel comfortable with the car buying experience. Mel even took the time to teach me how to use the 4WD on my new 4Runner. I do feel like they could’ve offered a little more on my trade-in, but truthfully it was in bad shape, and I did get them to come down on the car price. It was a little difficult to get a hold of the finance person so I could ask a quick question a few days later, but I know this is a very busy time of year. Someone else got on the phone, and I’m not sure he was with the finance department? Overall though, I would recommend this dealership. I felt I was taken care of.
