Avoid Leesburg GMC – Dishonest Practices and Lack of Accountability If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Leesburg GMC has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing, and frankly, unacceptable. Their lack of accountability, constant runaround, and refusal to take responsibility for a misdiagnosis that cost me out-of-pocket expenses have left me with zero trust in their dealership. I initially brought my vehicle to Leesburg GMC for diagnosis, and based on their findings, I proceeded with the recommended repairs. However, after taking my car back to the dealership where I purchased it, it became clear that Leesburg GMC had completely misdiagnosed the issue. Despite this, they continue to deflect blame, refusing to acknowledge their mistake and instead pointing fingers at other dealerships. The service manager has repeatedly dodged my concerns, claiming he has "no way to know" if the correct part was installed, if it was installed correctly, or if the new part failed. Yet, this is the same dealership that had no hesitation in diagnosing the issue in the first place! Now that the repairs did not resolve the problem, they are conveniently distancing themselves from any responsibility. To make matters worse, I have no confidence in their ability to work on my vehicle again. Based on their dismissive approach and unwillingness to acknowledge fault, I fear that bringing my car back would only result in them creating a new issue to justify their stance and deny my rightful request for compensation. Their priority is clearly not customer service or ethical business practices—it’s covering themselves at all costs. I requested to discuss reimbursement for the unnecessary expenses caused by their misdiagnosis, but instead of offering a solution, they have simply led me in circles, pacifying rather than addressing the problem. If compensation is not an option, they should simply say so, rather than wasting my time with empty responses. Leesburg GMC has demonstrated a complete lack of integrity, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this dealership. If you value honesty, accountability, and competent service, take your business elsewhere. I certainly will.

I purchased a 70k used vehicle here only to have to have it towed back 3 days after purchase. dealer claimed to have fixed the issue but it turns out they just reset the CEL and sent it back. a week later I have the same issue and was directed to take it to a CHEVY dealer and that they would cover the diagnostic fees. After my Diagnostic were complete to the tune of $560 this DEALER then decided they were not going to pay. David Pool has since then questioned my intelligence in numerous conversations stating that I am making a fool of myself and that I am stupid for thinking I will win this battle. THIS STORE IS UNDER NEW OWNER SHIP AS OF 12/15/24 AND THATS THE EXCUSE I HAVE BEEN GIVEN ON WHY THIS DECISION HAS BEEN MADE. **************BUYER BEWARE*******************

Safety recall cost me money?
Brought my car in for a airbag recall and when I picked up the car to take home the fan made a loud clicking noise. My wife brought it back the next day and dealership claimed it was not their fault and wanted to charge me to fix it. I refused repair over the phone and they sent my wife home with the loud clicking noise turned back on as payback. Very distracting and unsafe for my wife to drive home with the constant loud clicking noise that they could have easily turned off. Thanks guys!

My wife and I were working a deal to trade with this dealership. We drove from Fredericksburg (1.5 Hours) for a over retail price on their vehicle. The vehicle was never detailed. Every section inside and out was damaged. To make matters worse, the vehicle had a brand new VA Safety Inspection but the tires were all below the wear bar (bald) with dry-rot in the tread and side wall. Very poor standards of quality at this dealership. STAY AWAY!
