After discussing for days with my salesman about a new car, I went in and was advised by my sales person of the deal I was getting (he then went on vacation and was not at the dealership after I signed the contract), I signed all the paperwork and then was called back 2 days later to be told that they gave me the wrong deal. I was never previously advised of anything different and told them that I signed an agreement as I understood it and was advised by the salesperson and thought that them making a mistake was not me at fault but their financial person who made the error. (I was advised by my sales person that I would receive a $1,000.00 discount due to military status and buyers incentive) I had to go back to the dealer because they only gave me 1 key for my car not the 2 keys they said I would get. When I got there they told me to see the financial person and I was berated by her and told that I needed to sign a new contract because of HER error. After I left the dealership I felt like all the excitement that I had for my brand new car was demolished by the way they handled the whole situation and they made me feel horrible. I then removed the deposit my husband and I left on the 2nd Ford Focus we were ready to buy only days later. As far as my dealings with the service department, that has always been stellar. I will continue to have my car serviced there, but I will not be purchasing my second Ford Focus from this dealership due to the way that they handled the issue as I mentioned above. I never received a call from my salesman which I thought was unprofessional.

I am sorry for the confusion on rebate eligibility. Ford Motor Company offers a long list of rebates to members of different organizations in addition to the published customer rebates and low interest financing. These rebates have restrictions on how they are to be used and frequently are not compatible with other rebates. The salesman made the deal using all the Ford eligible rebates. The customer was happy with the price and payment. The customer then proceeded into the Business Office to sign the paperwork. At that time the Business Manager added another rebate in error. This was our mistake. I decided to allow the sale to be processed and have Miller Ford Lincoln absorb the cost of the ineligible rebate. Everyone was incredibly pleasant to work with. Very helpful and patient. The price they offered for my old vehicle was very fair as was the price of my new car. I walked away with a car I love and do not feel taken advantage of. They all work well together as a team and the employees of Miller Ford seem to genuinely like and respect one another. It was a pleasure doing business with them! It was an overall very positive experience!

I can't recommend these guys enough. I've purchased a few vehicles over my lifetime and this experience was one of the most pleasant and enjoyable car-buying experiences I've ever had the pleasure to conduct. There was absolutely zero pressure from sales. My salesman, Bobby Hall, was excellent. I asked questions, he answered. If he didn't know the answer he didn't BS me, he went and asked around until he got me an answer. The entire time there everyone was courteous and friendly. About two weeks after I purchased my truck, I noticed a gash along a front tire. I'm positive that it occured after I made my purchase and told them so, but they were willing to meet me halfway on the purchase of a new tire regardless. I can't say enough good things about the experience here, but I guarantee my next purchase will be at Miller Ford.

I requested an internet price and received a prompt reply from Jessica for two Hybrid MKZs in inventory. The price was competitive so I drove to the dealer (about 50 miles). I met Kevin upon arrival and he is an excellent salesperson. He knows the product and is helpful without being pushy. He is friendly and professional. The finance office with Melissa was as easy as it gets. Overall the experience was one of the more enjoyable car purchases I have made. I recommend Miller without exception.

Prompt follow up to my online request. Kept me informed on expected delivery date of dealer ordered limited production vehicle. They also took me into the service area to meet the tech that would prep the car - a nice touch. Unlike other dealers (I have bought from many) they do not use high pressure or deceptive tactics.

I work in Princeton and live in Trenton yet I drove down to Miller Ford for the purpose of dealing with Keith. As a repeat customer you can't beat his customer service. Keith is always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and accomodating. The atmosphere in the dealership is very warm and friendly, they don't pressure you at all but make certain you have what you need and that you know they are there for you. People laugh and have fun--when is the last time you saw that on the showroom floor? It was also a pleasure to meet Joe, he was the friendliest manager I have ever met in a dealership and since I trade cars in on a regular basis I have met quite a few. We had a very positive experience at Miller Ford Lincoln Mercury. Our sales person, Bobby Hall, was fantastic to work with - in fact our family purchased two cars in one week (my husband and my son) and we will most definitely return when I am ready to purchase my own new car! My son lives out of state and Bobby made his purchase a very easy one! I would definitely recommend this dealership (and Bobby Hall!) to anyone I know that is looking to purchase a car.

Once I arrived at the dealership, I was helped right away. They didn't hassle me into buying a vehicle, they let me chose what I wanted and search without breathing down my neck. Kevin Souder was amazing, friendly, and helpful. He made the process of buying my first car pleasurable.
