Had a great experience with Steve and the staff the

Had a great experience with Steve and the staff the manager Jose was easy to talk with as was Steve. I stopped to check out an awesome selection of Lincoln Corsairs test drive was easy and by myself which was relaxed. I had a plan to purchase a luxury suv but saw a beautiful Bronco in the showroom and traded my 2015 Sahara Jeep on a Lease. Part of my decision was I actually liked working with these gentleman and look forward to getting something else in 36 months. Thanks!

Had a great experience with Steve and the staff the manager Jose was easy to talk with as was Steve. Nice experience at Miller Ford… purchased a used 2022

Nice experience at Miller Ford… purchased a used 2022 Ford Explorer ST from them. Caesar the Salesperson, couldn’t be anymore helpful and accommodating during my visit. There were some minor cosmetic issues, and he made sure they were addressed the following week. Miller had the vehicle cleaned and ready for me when I arrived, unlike another Ford Dealer I visited earlier that week. The entire experience was quick and painless. A big thanks to Caesar! We love our Explorer!

This was the 2nd. New vehicle I purchased for my family from this dealership within a year. They never disappoint and are very pleasant to deal with.

The sales and service departments are always professional

The sales and service departments are always professional and courteous. My recent purchase of an F150 was pleasant and easy. Ceasar was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We did not purchase our 2025 Lincoln Nautilus R3 Hybrid

We did not purchase our 2025 Lincoln Nautilus R3 Hybrid from Miller, our local dealer, as we found the exact vehicle we wanted available much quicker online in Flint Michigan. However, Miller's sales & finance staff were very accomodating and understanding when we informed them of our decision to not purchase from them. Miller refunded our deposit without hesitation. They also tried very hard to match ESP quotes we received online, but could not compete with our final ESP quote online from Granger. We are glad that Miller has such a great reputation, since we plan to use Miller for ALL of our servicing needs for the next 10 years. It was just down to Miller not being able to compete with online sales quotes and availability. We would have preferred to purchase our 2025 Nautilus and ESP from Miller, but the difference was several thousand dollars and several months until delivery. Oh well. Thanks to Mike Kowalski & Tom Murphy & Mike Yowell for your great assistance!

Wonderful service with a kind staff!

Wonderful service with a kind staff! Alias in the service department was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He addressed all of my concerns and I left the dealership very pleased with the service. I would recommend Miller Ford to friends and family.

My salesman, Mike Boyd, found the car that he knew that I

My salesman, Mike Boyd, found the car that he knew that I would like and held it for me. The finance guy helped me to get my payment where I can be comfortable. The car was cleaned and detailed and ready to go when I got done the paperwork.

Erica from Miller sales beat every dealers out the door

Erica from Miller sales beat every dealers out the door price on a new truck and then told me she could beat my credit unions rate. She did by 2.5% and the manager gave me an extra 1000 off for financing through Ford AFTER I was approved at a lower rate. True sales lady that cuts through all the unwanted salesman tactics. Erica knows her job and is supported by an honest manager. Best car buying experience in 20 years and I buy a new vehicle every two years. Finding a service dept that is just as great was the icing on the cake. Mark had my truck prepped exactly as I asked when had my first service done. Miller w Erica has my family's Ford buisness from now on.
