Contacted them about putting a deposit on a pickup.
Contacted them about putting a deposit on a pickup. They said it was out getting derailed then sold it before contacting me. My understanding was that I had first contact. After the sale, they ghosted me, I figured out they’d sold it after the vehicle was removed from their website.

The dealers at Kendall value lot were very unfriendly and
The dealers at Kendall value lot were very unfriendly and unhelpful. The sales rep did not even ride with me to test drive the vehicle. He couldn’t even answer basic questions about the car. Then tried to pressure me into buying the car by using fear tactics about looking elsewhere. When I said no to them, they did not remove us from there potential buyer list claiming we were “under contract” to buy from them. Causing a delay in financing with a different dealership. This was done without any type of follow up. I had to call them to fix their mess. Kendall auto value lot are shady and untrustworthy people.

Salesman is rude and super aggressive makes person
Was looking to buy a car and seen one I liked here. Was a nice car but so we started the paperwork. I asked what the going rates was and the salesman said he didn’t know and it didn’t matter it was what it was. I said okay he came back and gave me an offer for my vehicle I said it was low he said look it up so I pulled knob and showed him! He looked at me and said why you look it up I don’t care what it says !We are Kendall we do not negotiate we are a billion dollar corporation. At one point he acted upset over how much my house payment was. After all this I had to just walk away our credit was in the 800’s and I had the money to manipulate the payment in what I wanted but after being talked to like this and trying to maintain myself through this I just decided I would not do business with this lot . I think Kendall has cleaner used cars than most other lots and I have bought before so I don’t think it’s all bad just steer clear of this lot

Communication is lacking. I waited over a month for a car...
Communication is lacking. I waited over a month for a car to hit the lot. I rushed up within 2.5 half days to check it out. Drove all the way to the lot to find out that it had sold while I was on my way, which was a 2+ hour drive. I didn’t find out until I walked in. I had let the salesperson know that I had been working with that I was on my way. No communication. Granted the salesperson eased the inconvenience by topping my tank off. But a simple phone call would not have ruined the Kendall buying experience. I work in sales. The customer service and communication are in need of work. Ruined my wanting to do a purchase. Walked away empty handed.

Great salesman ship
I well to a lot of different car lots. By far this one no pressure friendly knowledgeable. Tim Carder was great salesman from start to finish. My suv broke down two later they fixed no charge..!

Great salesman ship
Tim Carder and sales team were nothing but Professional knowledgeable work pushy for a sale. Repair my suv 2 weaks after it was bought out there own pocket. When I purchase suv the gave me free maintenance as long as own it and gave a free power train warranty up 6 months.
