I unfortunately bought a used vehicle from them.

I unfortunately bought a used vehicle from them. The assured me that each vehicle they sell goes through a full inspection. Well, they lied. I started having problems the minute I drove it off the lot. They sold me a xx plan where they told me I can drive it through their scanner and it would pick up anything that was wrong with it. They told me the only issue they saw was some rust. again, they lied. I took it to my mechanic. The truck’s air filter was super dirty, and the valve cover gaskets were leaking on the passenger side. How did that pass their inspection? The only answer is, they are liars. They’ll do whatever it takes to sell a vehicle, even if it means taking advantage of people. I will never buy from here again. I’m Supposed to have oil changes and roadside assistance with them, they sold me a bunch of lies. I’m so disappointed.

Son unos estafadores, lleve mi camioneta colorado a

Son unos estafadores, lleve mi camioneta colorado a realizar un service y me la devolvieron peor, nunca se hicieron cargo de nada, me cobraron un diagnóstico 224 dólares y el arreglo sumaba 2950 dólares, y resulta que el,ruido era un tubo 24 que se habían olvidado en la parte de “la dirección de donde hacia ruido, menos mal que son certificados en mecánica general, un desastre desde el mecánico hasta los empleados que te reciben cuando llevas al service y el manager

The dealership has NO integrity.

The dealership has NO integrity. The salesman I dealt with (Jessie) made an appointment with me to see a used car, we arrived and waited for Jessie about 30 minutes and then we were told the car had sold about 30 minutes ago. They basically sold the car out from under us. So be careful the salesman will say anything to get you back in. I will not send anyone to this dealership and will strongly recommend everyone stay away.

Well what disappointment went to this dealership to look for a Bolt come to find out like all Stealership they added a bunch of extra fees that of course no way around them when it came to the financing you can imagine that the price was SUPER HIGH AND THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS OUT OF THIS WORLD !!! This is why the automotive industry is in trouble and people are walking away they tried to offer me another vehicle of course not what I wanted and of course something they think is best not to me but to them and Obviously I am going to get the guilt trip on how they wore only trying to help me and the next thing I am going to get is to call to fix this but nothing changes I was lucky I was able to get my keys and leave I will not recommend this dealership

Go to a different dealership!!

I would absolutely not recommend dyer Chevrolet to anyone for any reason…from the salesman to finance to the service dept. NOTHING is straight forward or easy!!!
