We bought a 2017 suburban from them. We didnt even get past our first oil change and the head gaskets went out. 4900 repair and they cant even return out phone calls to help us out. We have a list of things they agreed to fix that they cant even return our phone calls on that either. After we bought it we noticed the carpet had been cut out and replaced as well as the rear window leaks going through the car wash and when it rains. I get that used vehicles are as is no warranty but to completely leave a family of 8 to fend for themselves after they made a huge profit off us before we even had to get our oil changed and 3rd payment made should be a great example of what your future can look like with car swap. We will not be going back. Worst experience weve had yet.
