Trade-in Still Not Paid-off.
Trade-in Still Not Paid-off. This has been the worst car purchase experience I’ve ever had. And judging from these reviews I am not alone. Unfortunately, I found them too late. My sales rep, Marcus, was amazing but cannot be held responsible for the supporting departments. I’ve given Grand Motors management ample opportunity to make this right. My credit score and insurance costs are being impacted, along with the vehicle repairs that are legally apart of the transaction. A dashboard alert came on less than 12 hours after I left the lot and I had to get that fixed myself at VW because their service department only takes text messages and did not respond. What reputable car dealership would let a new customer drive around with a dashboard red light on? If I can help anyone else avoid this while situation that would be a win for the kingdom. My new used vehicle has been funded for over 21 days but somehow the funds for the note on my trade-in has not been released. I’ve just confirmed with the lender and they are still waiting for the payoff funds. GM please don’t respond with an apology or excuse - just treat consumers with the respect they deserve, before and after you cash the check. Integrity is everything and there is no evidence of it here. Buyers beware!

I saw a car online that caught my eye that was listed
I saw a car online that caught my eye that was listed through Grand Motorcars. When I read the reviews I was reluctant to even take a look much less actually make a purchase. Well I stopped in and the car was great. A bit older than I wanted but in great shape with low mileage at a good price. Marcus was the salesperson and Ivory the sales manager. I was able to get the car for what KBB and online sources suggested I should. The only downside was once I had check in hand it took longer thant expected to complete the paperwork. The actual signing took 15-20 minutes but the wait was 1.5 hours, maybe it was a busy day. That's why I gave 4/5 stars. Most cars listed in their inventory are luxury/performance and priced at mid to high 5 figures, and above. I purchased one of the lowest priced vehicles but they didn't treat me as if I was cheap.

2 months of trying to get a car….
2 months of trying to get a car…. Wasted. Talking to sales people everyday about getting a price drop on a car priced way too high. One sales person makes a deal convincing us we should come see the car. Call 2 days later and same sales person answers and doesn’t remember doing the deal. 2 days before we drive 3 hours to see the car the price drops. Good? No! They call the day before we’re coming to see it to say it sold a week ago and only excuse they had was “none of our sales people knew you were coming and wanted to buy the car”. So saying we are going to put a down payment and have a check about to be made out to yall to buy a car doesn’t sound like we want the car? Oh and they sent a video of the car(with bad bunny cussing and singing blaring in the middle of a parking lot) when the price dropped. Terrible place to buy from.

Overall good experience.
Overall good experience. Hakeem was great to work with and made the process feel casual. Some troubles arose that extended our wait but in the end we got the car and the deal we wanted. Thanks Hakeem!

Trying to play some games with a printable coupon for prices. This is alone is shady and definitely out of industry norms. Do not trust dealerships that do things like this.

Stay far away from Grand Motorcars unless you enjoy being
Stay far away from Grand Motorcars unless you enjoy being lied to and overcharged. I inquired about a 2020 Porsche Cayenne Coupe listed at $46,999, but by the time they added their made-up fees, the total jumped to $54,863. Hakeem and his team tacked on a $3,262 ‘Grand Care’ fee and a $999 ‘Customer Service Pack’, trying to pass them off as standard charges. When I called them out, they admitted that the $3,262 fee was actually optional—yet they still tried to sneak it into the total price. That tells you everything you need to know about how they do business. Even worse, they tried justifying these fees by saying that "by law, all of our fees have to be equally applied." That is an outright lie. There is no law forcing them to charge these bogus fees—they do it to squeeze extra profit from unsuspecting buyers. This dealership runs on bait-and-switch tactics, plain and simple. They lure you in with a fake price, pile on thousands in garbage fees, and hope you won’t notice. If you push back, they scramble for excuses. Save yourself the hassle and find a dealer that actually honors their advertised prices. Grand Motorcars is a complete scam, and they know it.

Absolutely the worse car buying experience ever.
Absolutely the worse car buying experience ever. I was so excited to purchase a car from here. They were extremely friendly up until the deal was made, after that it’s pretty much impossible to get any assistance. They give you text only numbers to receive help. It took me three months to get my tags. The finance guy, Nick blocked me and stopped returning my calls. I love my car but hate the service I received from them. If I could give a rating of -10 I would. Run as far away from this place as you can.
