I am deeply concerned that Grand Motorcars continues to

I am deeply concerned that Grand Motorcars continues to employ an individual who has a documented history of abusive and manipulative behavior toward women. After meeting this employee through dating, I was shown a court-issued protective order that included the personal information of a woman and her children. It is alarming that such private information is being circulated and used in this way, and it raises serious questions about how this order was obtained and how it is being misused. Shaun Anderson was actually served with a protective order at this workplace. I know this because the employee himself showed me the order— something no one should ever circulate. I found this out after I contracted a sexually transmitted disease from him that he is knowingly continuing to spread, and I found his employer’s information after he sent me multiple screenshots of his salary and how much he makes. It is even more troubling to hear that this employer may have encouraged the employee to pursue this order and potential criminal charges, despite his ongoing misconduct. (All according to Shaun). This reflects a culture that protects abusers rather than addressing their behavior. Women in this community, customers, and employees deserve to feel safe. Companies should take responsibility for ensuring that individuals with a pattern of abuse and harassment are not given positions of trust or opportunities to exploit others. I am sharing this because I believe the public has the right to be aware of this situation and to hold businesses accountable when they knowingly protect abusive behavior. Grand Motorcars is a “Boys Club”. Customers and the community deserve to feel safe and to know that accountability matters.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I purchased a 2020 Range Rover Autobiography from Grand Motor Cars today, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I came in not even wanting to purchase a vehicle but just check it out and our sales associate Armand was stellar—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism. I got there at our appointment time and he was there with the car out and open ready for me to inspect. Made me feel appreciated and an important customer. He truly made the process an enjoyable experience. The manager, Greg, was equally fantastic. He was very friendly and welcoming, checking in on us throughout our visit to make sure we were taken care of. You can tell they genuinely value their customers here. He did us right on our deal and thats hard to find. I really appreciated it. If you’re in the market for a luxury vehicle and want top-notch customer service, I highly recommend Grand Motor Cars. Ask for Armand—you won’t be disappointed!

This was the absolute worst car buying experience ever

This was the absolute worst car buying experience ever for me ever; it continues to haunt me even today. The dealership is very unprofessional and the atmosphere very uncaring for the customer. I purchased a Maserati and it took me over four hours for the finance officer to get to me and I and one other couple were the only people buying a car. It took so long and I was so frustrated that he didn’t even go over the paper work with me, the salesperson just let me sign the papers so I could leave. Worst of all, they gave me a temporary tag which has expired… The car is parked in my garage because they have not sent the title paperwork in to the tax assessors’ office and I can't get a tag. I would not recommend this place to anyone and regret ever buying a car from Grand Motorcars.
