Scam artist

I purchased a Audi A7 from the dealership, and had nothing but problems with it. After putting $1100.00 of my own money into the car. I took it back to the dealer to see if they could help with repairs. They kept my car for 2 weeks, then told me to take it to another shop because they couldn’t fix it. The other shop looked at my car, and said I had a blown head gasket, and coolant and oil were mixed. They said I would need a new engine, and that this car shouldn’t have been sold.

Buyer Beware!

Nightmare experience. I purchased a Mercedes remotely from Texas and had it delivered after seeing a video walkaround of the vehicle. It arrived with a dead battery (they did compensate me for this), the rear tires were cut by the fenders (they were too wide) and undisclosed and unrepaired crash damage that prevented me from being able to drive the car or passing the Texas Safety inspection. I have spent close to $10,000 to get this car in good enough shape to pass the inspection and to make it driveable. I communicated with the dealer every step of the way and no other compensation was provided. I purchased the vehicle "as is" but it was based on their word and the video walkaround. I still have many issues with the vehicle, including an SRS light because the airbag system was compromised and not properly repaired. My title initally came back as Salvage/Rebuilt because of the extent of prior damage and I was only able to get that removed because of the extensive repairs I made to the vehicle.

THESE GUYS ARE AWFUL!!!

If I could, I would give them minus stars. Do not buy a car from here. They sell broken vehicles. If you want a car that works, do not come here.

Great Customer Service!!!

The price that was asked of the car was a fair price for the market. Rehan allowed us to ask questions, test drive the car, and made the entire process easy. I would definately recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to buy another car from them.

informative & trustworthy

I Would definitely recommend buying a car from here. After a few negative experiences with other dealers around the area I’m glad I came across a seemingly trustworthy place. Rehan was very helpful and informative and made the process straight forward and stress free. The car I bought was just what I was looking for.

Friendly customer service

Inquired about a Lexus online. They responded same day. Very polite salesmen made me a appointment to test drive next day. I didnt make it out there but they followed up with me to let me know they would be available when I was ready.

Mercedes Shopping

They were very helpful, not pushy informative and accommodating. I did not buy the vehicle from them because I did my research after I was home and of the models that I test drove there were too many complaints ( not the dealers fault ). I told them about a problem I felt with the other one and it appeared they may have listened , then went to see another vehicle and drove back by the car had not been put back for show another one was in its place. One of the few positive experiences I have had to date shopping for 3 weeks now! Will go back if they have a vehicle I am interested in.

BEWARE

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If I could leave -5 stars I would. I've had the vehicle I bought from auto amore for almost 5 months now. Going on SECOND month with the vehicle broken down. I tried calling them and they said they would get back to me and that was almost three weeks ago. I won't beg them to help me with something that their shop caused. They fixed the AC and caused another issue to arise. It only started to overheat after their shop fixed the AC. auto amore said they were willing to help fix the problem and gave me a deal where I paid half. The vehicle over heated a month after that, had to get the radiator replaced and a new thermostat. With no help from this dealership I've paid almost 800 in repairs and 500 for a tow because when it overheated I was 100 miles from home. Do not waste your money here. Please go your research, take the vehicle to an ACTUAL mechanic before purchasing. I regret having ever stumbled upon this place. This car is unreliable and so is this company.
