Poor begining
Everything about my service call visit was great except for when I arrived. When I pulled into the service area there were a couple cars but not enough room for my car. Eventually someone came out and moved the car in front of me but she never acknowledged me in any way. Instead she went to another car that pulled in after I did and took their info. And still never acknowledged me. Meanwhile I was standing next to my car waiting. No one else from service greeted me. Finally she came to what and simply said what are you here for today? Not even a hello or sorry for the wait

Excellent service
David in service was so great when I came in for an oil change. He was so sweet and even took a minute to show me to where I could find a certain car I wanted fo check out on the lot. Very personable and helpful!

2019 Rogue
Overall good experience upgrading my Rogue. David and Danny did a fine job working through the endless paperwork. The processing was more lengthy than expected. Probably due to end iof the month

Patient, Understanding, Hard-worker
I came in because of a car I saw for its price online, but the car was decent but it wasn't for me. Thanks to Blaine, he asked a ton of questions to understand what kind of person I am. Then he gave me tour around the lot after the test drive. Luckily I was there at the right time, I got the last car that fits me.

Nissan North Attleboro
Excellent service, as usual. Had some issues with communicating the status of the work in progress and when the vehicle would be ready to pick up, but in the end, all was taken care of.

Service christina great.
When I called to make an appt for a regular service appt, I asked if a part I was waiting for was in stock. No one knew what I was talking about, even though it was documented on the paperwork I had received after my last service, which I suggested they refer to. I had to call many times, was put on hold for long periods of time, was disconnected, was promised a call back, which never came.

I was given top notch treatment at the dealership. The salesman was knowledgeable and professional. The manager was also excellent and very patient with me throughout my decision- making. Very good experience at this Nissan dealership.
