Got an alternator installed on my Palisade under warranty. Showed up to pick up the car when it was done and battery was dead. No biggie they jumped it and I drove away thinking it would charge. Car died 20 minutes down the road. Emailed owner Chris who had little to say. Corey the service manager wrote me an aweful email and lied saying I declined a new battery although I was never told I needed a battery too. Never quoted me one. Also forgot to plug in a wiring harness before I left. So tired of bad business! Avoid them please.

Rick Dion was extremely welcoming and helpful. He guided me through the inspection process and took videos of the car. I am glad that I bought my 2020 Tucson from this dealership and can continue to work with it. Cheers, Janet
