I purchased a Black 2018 Dodge Ram 2500 Mega Cab from them. Went down twice and finally found a truck after looking at multiple vehicles. The initial price of the vehicle was $38,000. I put $5,000 down and then they jacked up the loan amount to over $46,000 without my knowledge. I took the truck home with all the loan documents. On the loan documents and vehicle registration, they showed they owned the vehicle and they were selling it to me. Come to find out later the vehicle title wasn't ever transferred to them. Two days after getting the vehicle I drove it to Firestone to have them balance the wheels. The vehicle was shaking after inflating the rear tires to the appropriate PSI. The rear tire had a bubble in it so I had to replace that..$450. Then they noticed all the brakes were bad. They recommended I replace the front and rear brakes and rotors. The front calipers were seized and rotors were warped. $1500 later. Then I had a couple dents pulled and the body waxed...$400 later. The day this was all finished I came out to my truck being pulled up sideways on a tow truck. They said they were there to repossess the vehicle. They told me to call the bank. I did and the bank said my first payment wasn't due for 5 weeks. The next day I found out the dealer sent back the money and the dealer ordered the reop. They refused to give me my money back and now the truck, from being towed wrong, had a twisted frame and is totaled. Turns out the repo company and the dealer work together and from reading reviews run this scam. They wanted me to sign a release of liability form to get $2500 of the $7000 I had into the vehicle. In that paper it states that, "I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless C&F Auto Sales. As well as their employees from all losses, claims, theft, demands or expenses. I am 100% satisfied and agree to this amount and the conditions of my car. I agree to all terms and will not file a credit card dispute." I didn't sign. See you guys in court.

Worst customer service BIG LIARS/THIEVES . CAREFULL with these thieves they’re so disrespectful their cars ain’t no good they stole from me with a smile in their faces

Very professional office staff and amazingly knowledgeable sales staff. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They operate very ethically and try their best to serve everyone.

Worst customer service I bought a truck I barely used for 2days and broke down. When I tried reaching for Pablo or Nelson so they would help basically I was getting no answer. Overall worst dealership I’ve ever seen in life don’t trust in their words at all liars at that. It’s been three weeks and I’m still waiting for my registration to arrive they said it was mailed out to me and nothing yet they’re just full of xxxxxxxx NO CUSTOMER RESPECT!!!

Bought a late model Dodge truck from them.. Junk.. Had bern wrecked . Leaking around windshield.. Took an hour to fill gas tank because of vacum problem. Cruise control stuck often at freeway speed.. Hsd me leave my job after i had it for a while abd drive 1500 miles ti pit a tracking device on it. Then took it away saying that credit wasnt good enough. But got a three thousad down payment. Left with a 2006 truck after giveing them another thousand on top of the Three thousand thst i had in Dodge. Never given credit for repairs i did out of my pocket. The truck i left with this time was same story. Been wrecked and i put about Twu grand in repairs first snd second month i had it. Got behind on payments .. Two payments and they repoed it. Truck was eight thousand. Got five thousad paid. They say i still owe sixty nine hunndred still. How is that even posdible? Dont go there. They talk out both sides of there head.

The most terrible customer service don't respect your warranties

After searching for a car for 7 months, Gustavo Nelson and Pablo got me into a 2016 car with a low down payment. They worked with my credit and didn't waste my time. A rare find. All if their inventory is nice and the prices are reasonable! I'm pleased.
