Nichoulas provide superior customer service. I originally spoke to him in September when I was in an auto accident, my truck ended up getting fixed. I later came back a bought my GMC from him when I was having issues with my 20 year old truck. He helped me decide on a vehicle I wanted without being pushing. I am so grateful!

His manager, the financial services department, and Tyler stayed until 9 pm EST to get the deal over the line (on a Friday nonetheless). It was the second vehicle I have purchased from CarShop and the calm customer service displayed was exceptional.
