I've always been partial to buying a used car and dealerships in general. However after a co-worker highly recommending CarSense, I went during a week day to visit and BOOM! A week later I walked out with a used-new car. I didn't feel the pressure that I normally felt at a dealership. Jim and his crew was super helpful and friendly. Between what I saw at the facility, the attentive but respectful way I was treated when I explained I realy was just looking but would be buying soon, and all the positive reviews on here, i know where I'll be going. My sales representative, Jim Farrell, was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. He showed me a variety of inventory that had the features I requested, in all different makes and models. The car I chose to purchase needed to be jumped due to lights being left on that weakened the battery and Jim made sure to have a new battery installed while we drew up the purchasing paperwork, GREAT customer service! I am very happy with my experience with carsense, and with Jim as my sales representative. I would shop again and encourage others to do so.
