This is Shady.... i wrote a reveiw nov 14th. It wasent good... to anyone looking at these reviews please ignore that reveiw from shady nov 14th. I have spoke to the service manager recently and went over what was wrong. I was just upset and mad about what was goung on with the car and being the only car i have. They are fixing it for me. After everything i said they where still nice to me. I apologize for acting like a KAREN. Next time i will go bout it the right way. Anybody looking for a car i recommend bridge auto group. I have bought a car here after searching for awhile on the Internet. The office phone numbers are difficult to reach but once you got it, everything is much more easier. My saleperson Sean C. is really intense to help me with the car and other following paperworks! He also always reply my questions which were in post-sale stage with the best solutions!! Moreover, thanks to Mr. Vernon Wilson for the initial information, the 'big-boss' cashier for his patient in check-out progress, as well as people in service department for their enthusiasm when I asked for pricing!

Very pleasent transaction! I recently purchased a vehicle from here. I had JD as my car sales rep, and he made me feel like family. There was no bull or pressure behind the purchase. Vehicle runs like new albeit some issues that is being taken care of by bridge auto. Thank you again!

Worst car dealership in USA Not trustworthy Dishonest Then when you complain or leave a bad rating. They call and harass you and say well after all the car did have a lot of miles on it but They failed to mention it was a piece of crap from the beginning they probably bought it at some auction which honestly I heard they do

They sell damaged cars, don’t answer phone calls when they get paid. It’s messed up because I thought they were cool people but they turned out to be frauds.

The staff there was very friendly and nice and was ready to go once the dealership open at 9am Chris was awesome and he was able to put me in a test drive of the car I wanted immediately. Jim was able to close the deal swiftly and effectively working with my budget and was super fair with the price awesome team and super friendly.

Went in to test drive a car and was roundly ignored by the 2 staff there. They came out to the lot while I was checking out the inventory with a customer who left shortly after and never acknowledged me. I walked into the showroom and asked to test drive a specific vehicle and was told to sign in. Then they walked away to have a loud conversation in another part of the building and never came back. I was the only customer there. Not a good look.
