The dealership will not provide out-the-door pricing likely because they want to get you in the dealership and add multiple fees. Additionally, after reviewing the reviews, all the DealerRater reviews seem inauthentic. Fake reviews, and lack of transparency. I would recommend going to a reputable dealership.

They were unable to answer simple questions remotely such as whether the vehicle qualified for the EV tax credit. In the end they told me I needed to come in to get those questions answered, and something vague about "not participating" in the tax credit.

Our sales person was outstanding she helped us find my dream car instantly with amazing recommendation her name was Nathalia she is amazing I recommend using her as your sales person

have called them about two different cars, price was in line with market value on both, until you add in over 2k in dealer/junk fees. sent them an offer one one but never heard back on that, but they call and text nonstop.

Well I didn't get a car because I let them know about my bad experience with other dealerships they wanted to still come in but I told One of the dealers i Will think about it but right now I don't know if I can trust another car dealership

Scam.. Scam..Scam $5k in dealer"fees".RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They use self generated paid reviews.Ask me for the real ones. I have them via my software. I used to manage 2 BMW dealerships.
