Tucson Used Auto Sales

Very disappointed. Purchased a vehicle there, paid cash and took over 3 months for them to send me my title. After 2 months I started calling and kept getting the run around, saying I need to talk to someone else and they're not in. No-one ever returned a call. Finally, on the 88th day they promised to send it. the temporary tag was about to expire. Said they would send it over night, 2 days later I get the tracking number and it showed it was just created. They think people are stupid and won't check. Finally received the title on the 92nd day and went and registered it and to my surprise I had to pay $479.98 more (late penalty from MVD) than I should have because the sale was over 90 days ago. I would suggest if you purchase from them and pay cash, don't leave without title in have or it will cost farther down the road.

The staff was really nice and got me out driving my 2016 Kia really great car would really recommend going here and especially with gina she was the one who made it happen

These guys only care about the sale. BE SURE NOT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE WITHOU GETTING A COPY OF THIER “PROMISES TO YOU” SHEET! they will promise that it all gets fixed then act like you are a crazy person and act like they are doing everthing for you. My car was supposed to be detailed after the sale and fixed. I GOT NONE OF THAT! My car still doesn’t work properly!! they only held my car for 15 days so i wouldn’t want to take it back and i never got receipts for the service that was done. They also asked for extra money (that was not reflected on any of the paperwork)because they didn’t get what they wanted from the bank. I thought i could trust these guys because i actually had worked there for a bit, i was soooo wrong!! they do not respect woman at all! or men… they don’t respect anyone (after the sale) SO WATCH OUT!!! and know your rights!

I bought a car in September of 2022 and it broke down after 29 days and traveling 597 miles. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for them to make things right. Save yourself and buy from someone else.

I wanted to buy a car. I have some credit issues. I spoke to four different people. Nothing. The last person I spoke to was with Anthony. He guaranteed me a call back. NO CALL. When I tried to reach him on his cellphone I was blocked. Very, very unprofessional. Horrible people. Don't go to this dealership. They are scammers.

I would not go to back to Tucson Used Cars even if they were the last dealership on earth. They are a bunch of scammers and very unprofessional. I really don't know how they stay in business. They actually issued me a bad refund check that even their own bank would not honor. Take your business elsewhere and avoid a big headache.

nightmare i paid cash for this car 5500 it barely made it the 15 days I only put 300 miles on it and already paid 2000 fixing stuff that was not fixed before they sold it .I think they need to give me my money back

They never put the miles in their ads and when you ask them any questions they are rude. If it's this bad when trying to buy just imagine how bad it will be when there is a problem. Be carful here, I will buy elsewhere.

Bought a used Benz c300 and on the way home vehicle started smoking from the hood area, (OIL LEAK)check engine light came on (EVAP CODE)and the fuel pump went out and when I filled up the car fuel odors appeared in the back seat area. Spend major dollars on the repairs and asked the "dealer" to refund me just few hundred dollars. Owner/Manager agreed but failed to keep their promise. Gave me the runaround for weeks and till now I never heard back. This is by far worst used car purchase ever! Take your business elsewhere, don't let them scam you. Just read their other reviews about this "dealer "

They sold me a car, that I loved. Upon checking the convertible top, it broke. They told me to come back in two hours and it would be fixed. Long story short it wasn’t fixed and they told me they would put in writing that if I bought the car, they would make sure to fix it. They have ignored almost all my calls, and when I do get someone on the line, they tell me to call back again. KEEP IN MIND, The “ I Owe You” they give expires after 30 days. I have started the small claims process. So sad as I really wanted to like this place. They seemed really honest. Please, please, be hesitant of what these guys tell you and check out their Yelp for multiple reviews of how they’ve sold lemons, or not kept their word, even if in writing.
