To whom this may concern, Don Auto World lied to me on 9/23/22. I called and asked immediately if they could deliver the car, I was assured by sales manager he would “get it done” same day. It is now 9 days later and I do not have my car. I paid the $4000 he instructed me to pay and paid extra on insurance as he also instructed to get done immediately. This has left us without transportation and I was unable to get my son to the doctor, as he had 101.7 fever and strep throat, Don’s Auto World was informed daily of this. I also caught my son’s illness. I am not able to work or pay rent due Friday, I do not have my vehicle, sales manager also knows this was necessary for me to be able to work. The employees of Don’s Auto world knows I’m a single mother. They also know my son and I have no friends or family here and are new to area. I’ve also explained to them, we moved here to escape a dangerous situation as my sons father is an alcoholic and attempted sexual assault on myself and drives drunk with my son. Don’s is aware of this as I told them how important having my car is in the event we have an emergency situation and he breaks restraining order. I’ve attached documentation for my medical risk. I suffer from severe migraines and major anxiety. I’m out of my prescription and must get to a physician here to get them filled as my physician was in Georgetown, Texas. I currently have a massive migraine coming on and no medicine. I need my daily seizure medicine to prevent these and calm these attacks. My migraines are stress induced as well as my panic attacks and nerve firing. All of which I can’t get to a doctor or pharmacy, as they are refusing to honor their word given on 9/23/22.

I have traded the 2002 E430 Mercedes Benz with 2010 Mercedes E350 and from the salesman Irivng up to the General manager they were real assist me with my credit and finance as little as in 3hrs and drive out with this beautiful Mercedes that had 76K on time that they sold it to me now its has 110K still going smoothly . I'm really recommended any one regards of your vechile needs they will helps you. of course I will be back with them for the next vechile. Solomon.

Do not buy!
I have bought vehicles from over a dozen different dealerships and this place has the worst customer experience of any establishment I have ever been to. The place is dirty when you walk in. The cars are bought at auction with no inspection protocol before they are resold to customers. Awful customer service. I would trust eating gas station sushi out of a Taco Bell dumpster before I would trust buying a car from Don’s Autoworld.

AVOID DONS AUTO WORLD
Dons Auto World I would not recommend that you buy a car from Dons Auto World because they are not honest and up front you you. First, the front windshield was cracked. This was known when the car was sold but the crack was never mentioned. Second, the car doesn't have a current inspection sticker. Third, The car does not have a spare wheel or jack. Fourth , I need a second key. Fifth, I need an owners manual for the car. Sixth, I need a copy of the contact. Seventh, the finance company said Dons charged $1800 fee for gap insurance that was never mentioned or discussed with me. Eighth, the door handles if the car is fading. The give you the run around to repair it. Last, it has 35 days since i bought the car and it will not start. In summary Dont go there to buy a car!

"we just sold it an hour ago" no they didn't. many of the other cars they list, also aren't on their lot. didn't even try to talk to me about any other car, just stared at me, clearly wanting me to go away. What kind of dealership doesn't want to sell cars?

Don't do it
This place is a joke don't even waste your time. Car was listed for 7k by the time I got there and talked to them they were trying to tell me it was 10k out the door. Because of ttl foh. Had to wait forever just to talk to sales car was a xxx and they didn't want to fix the stuff that was wrong without raising the price. If I'm spending 10k on a car how the f am I gonna not be able to open the sunroof. Pictures were prettied up to hide the damage on the car. Just don't do it. I promise you will have a bad experience dealing with these fools. Oh and their employees drive the cars home daily.

Horrible service
A total scam!! They try to convince you to put a down payment on vehicles without even discussing figures and expect you to leave your money and come back the next day to discuss the pricing instead. Stay far away from this place!

Screw people
Tried to sell my step a $8,995 for $500 a month with $1,500 down. Told it was a 24 percent interest rate for 42 months. The numbers are lies. The interest rate was way higher than 24 percent. Go on any website with payment calculator and the payment should have been under $300. Lies lies lies. Don’t trust these people and don’t buy from these people.
