Very Good.

Very Good. A nice sales person. Everyone was great The person that did the paperwork was also very knowledgeable. I would recommend these people to anyone looking for a car.

It took almost an hour to locate the car we were

It took almost an hour to locate the car we were interested in because the inventory was in 4 different areas and we had to ride around and around in the golf cart and still couldn't find it. We had to ask for the 2.9% financing since it wasn't mentioned. We were there for over 5 hours. We asked for the car to be delivered but no one would do it so we made arrangements with our friends to drive us to get the car on a Saturday at 11. We were told to call when we were leaving so the car would be cleaned when we arrived. We called and left message on our salesmans phone since he did not answer and arrived at 11. The car had not been touched. It was filthy. We had to wait 2 hours for it to be cleaned, then another hour to go to over all the features. We asked to speak to a manager and felt our complaints were downplayed. If service on our vehicle is anything like the purchase fiasco we encountered we will NEVER recommend Gettel to anyone.

Drew Horvath was our service manager that took care of

Drew Horvath was our service manager that took care of issues on our Yukon. He went over and above to ensure our vehicle was taken care of in a timely and professional way and offered any cost saving discounts that were available. Drew is definitely an asset and we will be back for future purchases and service.

What a great dealership, part of a chain but this one has

What a great dealership, part of a chain but this one has a family feel, dealt withJustin Yurkovitch who was knowledgeable and spot on with all of his information. Primarily communicated over the phone and email before we could meet. Once we got to the dealership he had the vehicle cleaned and ready to go. I have to say we buy vehicles more often than most and this transaction was seamless. If they have the right vehicle on the lot we would buy from them again.

Terrible svc ,brought my c8 in for transmission fluid

Terrible svc ,brought my c8 in for transmission fluid change stated they didn't have the fluid,could of called me to cancel the appointment. They wont notify me when they get it so they want me to keep calling them. I notified them that i could get the fluid if they would change it for me and they said no,I'm concerned about voiding my warranty, evidently their not concerned.
