I bought a used car on October 8, 2024.

I bought a used car on October 8, 2024. there were a few things wrong with the car that I asked that they fix which salesman Murry Wallace shook my hand and Sid they will fix them and to bring the car in on Friday and give him the keys and they would take care of it. Went back to pick up the car and they never touched it and Murry said to bring it in next Frida and again it was never touched. This happened 4 weeks in a row and was asked if they could keep the car for Saturday. Saturday the service manager called me and accused me of breaking things when the car was this way when I tried it out. I went down and met with Brian the sales manager and the service manager. Brian said he would investigate and get back to me on Monday November 2ond, now it's November 18th and still no call. Since 2008 I have bought 7 new Toyota's and never been treated like this at any other dealership. They have lost a customer as since I bought a Toyota Rav 4.
