I would like to be on here with a raving review but

I would like to be on here with a raving review but unfortunately I am unable to do so. I bought my Kia seltos about six weeks ago from mastria about six weeks ago and had the worse time with their sales department both Jeremiah and Chris or Brian were very insulting and just all about getting their money. I paid cash for my suv,they couldn’t have gotten rid of me fast enough. Once i had my suv and was home. That is when they called too give me a free oil change, ice of them. I am disabled and on fixed income so that would have been wonderful except I went today to get it and was denied because it wasn’t in their system. I am so upset I am shaking typing this. I am writing this to inform the public what this dealership is like to work with. Please heed this warning!

Dropped van off early.

Dropped van off early. Found video of problems via text on my phone in less than an hour’s Video was great ideaa. I replied agreeing okaying recommended repairs. Oddly my reply went somewhere else instead of service mgr. No worries as work was done nicely and van was ready when promised. Pricing is what it is. $361 for a belt tensioner? I’d rather have it done right than cheap.

I bought a 2022 Kia Seltos from a Toyota dealership.

I bought a 2022 Kia Seltos from a Toyota dealership. I brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation and a check of the brakes. Glad I did, since it had a recall. Service was great and price was comparable to the oil change place I used to use. Brakes were okay too.

Jeremiya Andrade is an excellent example of the service

Jeremiya Andrade is an excellent example of the service that Mastria strives to provide. As our sales rep, he guided us skillfully through the process and went out of his way to explain each step to my granddaughter who was buying her first car. He updated us on the progress of the paperwork and, when she picked up the car, actually put a bright red bow on it for a photograph of her and the car. Would certainly request him when we are in the market for a new vehicle.

Fantastic experience with everyone.

Fantastic experience with everyone. Salesman, Sales Manager, finance manager ect were all wonderful. I haven't purchased a car in close to a decade so I was nervous. Jonathan C,Rodrigo & Carlos were all so kind and professional. Definitely made it a positive and stress free experience.

I want to start off by saying I hate shopping for cars. The dealerships tend to stress me out by high pressure sales. I was in the market for a new car, and I did a lot of searching online and decided to check out Mastria Kia . I knew what I wanted and was greeted by Kelly who was very professional and not high pressure. I would recommend Kelly and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle with no pressure. I love my new vehicle.

I have been to Mastria before, but this time was

I have been to Mastria before, but this time was different. One of the best experiences I have ever had. Richie Mastria came out to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. Kelly Dias was exceptional, showing all her knowledge about the car I purchased. I highly recommend them.
