Kia is the best

Barnes Crossing Kia has the best sales and service department! They go above and beyond. Tess makes sure that you are happy before you walk out the door.

Be very watchful of auto service people

Check to see if factory service is done. They did not perform the service, required in the KIA new car manual. Hope that doesn't mess up my factory guarantee, or my extra guarantee i paid for.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! Worst car buying experience of my life. These hacks know nothing about customer service or selling vehicles. STAY AWAY. Spent 22,000 dollars here and will NEVER step foot in this establishment again in my life. Larry Nobles

headlight problem

Came in on a Saturday when no appointments were taken and was seen immediately. The work was completed within an hour. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Great oil change with service speed amenities pric
