Mr Reese is very professional and hands on. He conducts himself exactly as one would expect to represent a Mercedes product. He is available at all hours and always treated me right. Service after the sale is what I look for and so far, Mr Reese has shown to care beyond the sale. That alone is why I will buy from him again.

I worked with Steve Reese at Astorg to find me the Mercedes I wanted. Steve never gave up on me after looking at several cars throughout the year. I am very particular and wasn't in a rush to buy a car to settle. I compared the deal I got to others on the internet, and I didn't find a better deal. Steve made sure to explain everything to me and there were no games being played to get me to purchase. Also, the financing department was helpful. This was a great buying experience!

We found everyone in this dealership to be extremely helpful and courteous from T.A.Davis in the finance department to the Mercedes Concierge who explained everything on the vehicle to me. Especially enjoyed working with our salesman, John Brown and with Jeff Carpenter. John was very patient as it took me a couple of months to make up my mind! He was able to answer any questions we had with complete knowledge and always a smile. wouldn’t consider buying any place else! Very pleased with our purchase.

Brian Lister has been our go to guy for the last 3 years. My husband and I both had Rover leases and have both recently decided to stay with the Astorg family. They are always there to advise and assist with any issues and always make us feel like a priority!

First time buyer of a Mercedes, I showed up at dealership shopping Audi’s. Mike Smith listened to my needs and request for a new vehicle and asked if I would like to look at a GLC. After looking at vehicle and the test drive I was sold. Mike has been a great salesman and very attentive. He is knowledgeable of the vehicle and a no bs kind of guy which is what my husband I like.
