I took my car here, rather than Corvallis due to the HOT
I took my car here, rather than Corvallis due to the HOT ENGINE LIGHT. Sadly I needed a heater core replacement. They've had my car for 14 days, for an initial 3 day repair. I also received a 4 pg report on "urgent" repairs, which were done at the 60k service, in Corvallis... So apparently they don't have access to those re ords??? CAN YOU SER MY EYES ROLLING? I JUST WANT MY Car...please for the love!!!

We bought a vehicle from Harrison Luccock at Wilsonville Subaru and we absolutely love it!!! The staff there was amazing and very friendly. Any issue that arose they handled immediately and professionally . The car we wanted wasn’t available so they gave us “plan B” and we love it!!!! Thanks for being so amazing and if we get another vehicle, we are coming to y’all. As a side note, we went to the Toyota dealer first and their customer service was horrible! I will stick with Subaru!!!
