Isaiah, was very helpful very nice did a great job

Isaiah, was very helpful very nice did a great job helping us get the car had a little issue with paperwork but that was not on him. We got it all worked out man happy with our 21 jeep Cherokee.

Unnecessary work recommended

On August 8, 2023, we took a 2021 Honda Passport in to Phil Long Honda in Glenwood Springs for an oil and oil filter change at 18,000 miles. The technician then sent a text video showing a dirty cabin air filter and also recommended a brake flush and differential fluid change. The last two items are totally unnecessary for an fairly new vehicle with only 18,000 miles. The cabin air filter in the vehicle was examined by me and did need replaced. The charge at the dealership is $99. I bought a premium filter for $27 at NAPA and it took about 3 minutes to install. This is the kind of behavior that gives auto dealers a bad name.

I had a very positive experience with Phil Long Honda. The staff went above and beond any service I have received in the past when buying a new car. I strongly recommend them.

A Good Honda Purchase Experience

Just purchased a new Honda CR-V a few days ago April 22,2023. Our sales person was Ever Bahena. From our first conversation by phone Ever was easy to discuss our needs with and like talking with a friend -not a sales person. He was attentive, courteous, efficient and knowlegeable with no high pressure pushing - easily the best experience purchasing a new auto we have "Ever" had with a car salesman. Even on the day of our arrival when a glitch had occurred with the specific Honda we were to buy - we were able to settle on another vehicle and Ever got us a substantially higher cash deal for our KIA Sportage than we expected. We would recommend Ever for anyone purchasing a new or used Honda. Thank you Ever!
