Love how easy the process was and even more so that it wasn’t high pressure. Every person I had interactions with during the process was super kind and patient (I’m recovering from spine surgery, a little foggy occasionally) I super appreciated being able to work with Bella on my purchase/paperwork. Buyer Beware
If you are a serious car buyer, do not waste your time at this mediocre CarMax. It’s unfortunate how this unprofessional sales team, led by poor management really tarnishes the reliable CarMax name. Long story short - I reserved a car online and over the course of the next two days gathered all the necessary documents, applied for and received pre-approval to finance a loan through them, prepared my current auto to trade in so very sparkly and clean, downloaded both CarMax apps, uploaded all the required documents, confirmed my appointment the day prior, left work early and then traveled out of town to arrive to my appointment and got there not a single minute late. Only to be told the car was no longer at their dealership and had just been shipped off to another location earlier today. The salesperson even had the audacity to try to blame the error on me suggesting I must not have really booked this appointment like I thought I had. Huh? My confirmation is right here in your app. There is a bright yellow banner across the bottom of the car’s photo that states this car is being reserved for me. Is this place for real? What a joke! The salesperson spoke with his manager a couple desks over regarding the situation. She never looked in our direction once or made any sort of effort to come to speak with us regarding the problem. Although she was not helping any other customers at the time, she obviously could not be bothered as she was busy staring into her computer screen the whole time. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but she missed what could have been a golden opportunity to make this right. Unfortunately, I had to learn my lesson the hard way, but I’ll gladly take my business somewhere else. If you find a car you like at this location have it shipped to another nearby CarMax where you will be handled by a much more professional sales team. To the CarMax Executive Management team, if you are reading this, I’d recommend taking a closer look at how this location is being managed and how their customers are being treated. I’ve always loved CarMax, but today really drove the point home that obviously not all CarMax dealerships are the same.

Carmax was excellent , very professional and fast
