xxxx!!!! The biggest mistake of my life, A total nightmare

Dealership was very unprofessional and everything that they tell you is a lie,I wouldn't recommend the dealership to my worst enemy, the worst car buying experience of my life

Debugging/Smoke Bomb

I appreciate this team ever so much for helping me with my issue. I had a spider problem that was driving me crazy and they helped my inquiries and immediately the next day. Customer service was impeccable! This is not my home service dealer. I live far in West Miramar and my home dealership being AutoNation Pembroke Pines. Who can’t come close to the kindness and timely service I’ve encountered with this amazing team. I just so happen to be at a friends house this week and found them via Google and am so pleased with everything. Thank you to everyone i spoke to and help solving my problem.

Excellent Service

I have been going to this dealership for over 20 years. I have always received excellent service from Service Advisor Levon Cox. Customer Service Manager, Rebecca Hussle, is excellent as well and even gave me gift cards for some local restaurants! Awesome service.

Very easy very helpful very polite

They made the whole process very easy Junior was extremely informative great personality he made for a very comfortable purchase and the fincance officer was extremely polite and helpful

Great deal, frustrating process to get promises made complet

Overall I feel I got a great deal. It was a frustrating process getting the promises made completed after the sale, it took two weeks and several trips because my calls were not returned. Poor communication between Sales and Service Departments. In the end, I got about 90% of what was promised and I do enjoy the vehicle!

Staff was very helpful and professional in taking care of myself and my vehicle. I was offered water or coffee. Informed up front as to the service that was to be provided.

Came in for an oil change. Rebecca Hussle was great to me. She fulfilled my needs. She was great and helped me out with everything I needed. I would recommend her all the time

Helps knowing someone

Levon has been my service writer for 20 years. I called him the other day and said my vehicles battery barely started and I’m on my way in to the dealer He had me in and out in about 45 minutes. New battery and back on the road.

Warranty Service Work

Very friendly staff, a pleasure to work with. The warrantee work was on the drive train, and while it has only been a day, and I've only driven the vehicle less than 50 miles, it seems to be working as expected.
